Nothing but problems
Have owned this fridge for not even 2 years and its caused us nothing but issues. First it was the ice machine, then the main fridge stopped working, now the right fridge/freezer compartment has stopped working. More food now has to be thrown away and Samsung refuse to help! Their advice? Wait 2-3 days and see if its freezing again.. umm what?
Have called the repair service centre who have fixed it the last two times and they have just told me that I am one of the lucky ones. Some people have had theirs repaired 6-7 times...
Would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

Love it!
This is an excellent fridge! I love it, bought it for our growing family. The convertiable fridge/freezer is amazing as we don't freeze a lot and instead it's my toddlers private fridge where she can grab whatever she wants!
Purchased in January 2021 at The Good Guys for $3,000.00.

Great, big fridge!
It maintains a consistent and reliable temperature. The side doors don't have trays. Multiple color options available and is running in a perfect condition. Perfectly suits a family of 4.

Awesome fridge
Great big fridge for a family. Nice organised compartments, great lighting. Large shelves on doors to put sauces etc.
Has a shelf which slides back so you can stand up large bottles. Freezer space is good with the option of selecting one side as an extra fridge space.
Only minor issue is that the fridge vegetable draw needs both doors open to be fully pulled out
Purchased in December 2021 at The Good Guys for $2,200.00.

PErfect non-plumbed fridge
Being a samsung fan, i was disappointed to find their lack of range in the non-plumbed french door fridge category. UNTIL i found this. All set up and quietly running its absolutely perfect. It looks and feels as premium as you would expect with the pricepoint.
Hold temperature perfectly, and particularly like the lighting. Storage options for larger bottles (wine, large juice bottles) is fantastic!!
Convertible fridge freezer seems simple enough, but we haven't used it as anything except a freezer since setup.
