Great look and quality finish. Samsung OS is smooth and has all the Apps you need. The remote is a little boring and is not compatible with the smart remote unfortunately but that is probably the only downside. Great sound with a little bass.

Bought at Harvey Norman in Jan 20202 and so far so good, it meets all our requirements and the smart features and apps are easy to use. Netflix button on remote is a good feature

Not the best tv on the market but most certainly not the worst. Nice picture user freindly settings . Very smart remote control with functional buttons . Overall a great user freindly tv

Bought this for my new house best purchase so easy to use switching from tv to internet and Netflix so easy and has multiple usb slots which I always use and the quality is second to none

This looked a descent 4K TV when we first saw it in The Good Guys store. Well you don't really get to explore all the options in store so you naturally believe the sales person, the other online reviews and TV's e-manual.

I have asked this question to the sales person regarding internet connectivity and specifically asked if it connects to 5ghz and he mentioned it does and it should.

However, it doesn't even show the 5ghz network. Plus drops more often on 2.4 ghz network. I kept my TV in my bedroom and I really want it to connect to 5ghz for a faster performance.

On top of these issues, picture quality seems to be average, like your normal HD tv.

I feel like returning this TV unless Samsung offers any solution to this.

The original settings were complete garbage and after a bit of calibration they were still only OK. HDR looks washed out and dull. Not what I expected from Samsung. The TV would be fine if you don't care about picture quality.
Only has a 2.4ghz Wifi option which is outdated and unacceptable.
Sound quality was ok.
Returned it for a Q75R. The Good Guys were fantastic in letting me return this piece of trash.

It is a very functional TV with seamless connection with Bluetooth and wireless devices.
Excellent picture quality and awesome sound quality. Enough port to satisfy any needs and the performance of the TV and the application is second to none.

Husband was dying to update our tv. Only catch was that he is very fussy about quality when it comes to audio visual technology. After ALOT of research he was hooked on this Samsung. We’ve had it for a few months now & it has been worth every cent. The quality of the graphics is fantastic, processing speed is quick & navigation is super easy. It integrates easily with all our devices. My favourite feature is being able to watch videos and listen to music from my iPhone just by selecting the device on my phone. So happy with our purchase

Really disappointed in this tv. It doesn’t record live (free to air) tv via a usb stick or hard drive. This is a standard feature in tvs that are much cheaper and therefore Samsung should make it clear to the buyer that the record function was not put in. Samsung should provide a software update (and new remote) to rectify this. It should be standard in a smart tv.

Great tv, very happy so far! Only purchased last week, however it is very easy to use. Very responsive to requests and super user friendly. Loving the new tv so far

TV picture quality is significantly better than my previous 6 year old Samsung. The operating system is great with no problems in the 2 months I’ve owned it. The remote and menu system works well and intuitive, as is the connection to my home wifi. Easy to install. If anything the access to the USB port is more designed for a cabinet mount not a wall mount - meaning the USB is a bit difficult to access for a wall mount.
