Terrible, purchased two at the same time and they both broke down. Multiple error messages, lint on all washing.
Lint on washing, always restarts cycles. Multiple error messages, Sometimes doesn't start at all. Makes strange noises, Samsung willing to refund one but not the other, seriously?
Bought both machines at the same time.
Purchased in April 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores.

This washing machine is a total nightmare.
Please don't waste your money on this machine. It constantly restarts itself and I shudder to think of all the water wasted because of this. I often have to pull the washing out soaking wet as it won't spin. I bought it for the size and have nothing but regret.
Purchased for $1,150.00.

Time and water waster, dont buy it!
The machine always have 4c error, n its keeping feed water and draining, a simple cycle took hours, end less washing, product reviews tell that I am not alone, this problem has been there since 2017, n its still exist! I just had it few months ago! Disappointed reviews on your official website, three years Samsung didnt improved at all! Are you going to destroy the world after all? Flood people s house by endless water feeding wash machine, wasting precious water resources and bombing the world with mobile phones!

I love it!
Had this machine for a year and cannot fault it! I use it daily for a family of 5 and never had a problem. The self cleaning tub and reminder is a fabulous addition. No smelly build ups like I had in a previous (different brand) machine.
Purchased in July 2021 at The Good Guys for $1,300.00.

Excellent washing machine but some minor issues. Model number for Aust/NZ is WA13M8700GW/SA
Over all the washing machine does everything we expect from a good quality washing machine.
All the washing functions work well and has good controls so you can control the washing process from start to end, we love the ability to control the outcome of our washing process and not have a computer to do it for us.
Though I have rated this as very high even stating this issues below is because the washing machine minus the hand bowl function is excellent at present and I will update this report if anything changes.

was poor lacking documentation of all functions in the manual and sales brochure information. For example I was unable to determine if the wash cycle does hot wash then do rinse in cold. This washing machine has a feature for hand washing in a tub that sits under the top door. The problem with this is it leaks a small amount of water down the washing machine outside the main bowl to the floor of the laundry when transferring the contents from the small hand bowl to the main washing machine bowl. Also the control to put water in this bowl, this function is explained by Samsung "The Activ DualWash™ includes a built-in sink and a powerful water jet for a one stop solution to pre-treat stains or hand-wash delicate items."
Purchased in May 2021 at Costco NSW, Auburn for $1,100.00.

cable. The hose is already attached and ready to fit to your sink or drain connection. Also i can confirm that if you wash in hot you do rinse in warm and you cannot do anything about that feature.
