I have had this washing machine for 3 years and it has been great it has tunes that tell you what part of the cycle it is in and cleans the clothes very well.If I had to buy another machine a Samsung would be top of the list for me.Overall this is a TOP top loader.

l like this washing machine much better than the lg one l used before. it is more quite and more energy and water save. l like the function that it alarms you when it has finished and automaticly shuts down the power after few minutes. it is a very reliable washing machine. recommend

it was a bit of a gamble buying a samsung washing machine as samsung is not known as a washing machine maker. i did some research and this seemed to be a decent one. i have this machine now for 5 years and it still works like new. the noise is a bit quiter than the fisher paykel it replaced. it is gentle enough on clothes and they all come out clean. a bit of wear on the bottons but they are still very functional. im happy with the purchase its already been trouble free for 5 years. il see if i can get another 5 years out of it.

Very easy to use. It has many options for the washing cycles and washing the clothes clean as I’m very happy with the difference loads to high wash to low wash if I need to pause it I can add more clothes and change the water levels.

We moved into a new place recently and were looking for a washing machine that could be used everyday. I purchased this top loader from Good Guys and been using it daily, sometimes twice a day for the last year with no issues thus far, the electricity consumption could be a bit better but still a good reliable product

We really like this machine! - funny thing to say about a washing machine but it does an excellent job with the clothes and looks good in the laundry too. I like the glass top and the washing action is not too harsh on out clothes. We had an old Fisher And Paykel before this that had the impeller in the centre - it just ruined clothes by stretching out seams and making holes in them so this is a massive relief. It has never let us down and I would be happy to buy the exact same model if we had to replace it.

We wanted this washer (well my wife did) for ages before we actually bought it. We were put off for a while when Samsung went through its phase of bad reliability. That was resolved and we went ahead and bought this. It washes beautifully and has lots of clever washing options. Its so quiet I have to check that its on sometimes and looks nice in the laundry. A good choice and we are very happy with it.

We really enjoy this Samsung washer. I love the see through top and it does a really excellent job of cleaning. It's quiet when it runs even during the spin cycle and makes a pleasant tune when its done. Water use is not bad for its size. It can also do very small loads if required and I often do just that. No problems of any kind and I hope it will keep running fo years to come

We have large family 4 kids plus mum and dad.
This beauty is a god send purchased a few years ago and still running strong. Handles all my families laundry linen etc.
Have a mutitude of settings really easy to pull out filters and clean.
mine was actually dropped during a move once nd still works perfectly
great for large families.A++

I use this machine a lot and it has been pretty realiable. I have only had it break down once when one of the small hoses came off. Luckily it was easy to fix. Really like the magic filters, they are fairly easy to clean. Would recommend this machine .

Bought this washer about a year ago and it is still going very strong. I have a family of 4 and we shove quite a lot in there and it handles it perfectly fine. I don't notice tooo much sound from it and does a great job cleaning the clothes a lot better than my old one. There's heaps of features to play around with too

This is a very good washing machine. We originally had another Samsung machine that actually broke, but they replaced it under warranty with this model. Very nice looking model as well with stainless steel, but the bit I like is that even though it is advertised as 8.5kg, I feel like it holds way more. We can fit quite a lot in this machine, and the cleaning quality isn't diminished at all.

Good and strong for family of 4 and over. Clothes come out fine. Good still after 2 years now using it. Sometime the business shirts and scarfs will caught up together a bit trouble. But overall it's one of our best since. If left the machine closed and still moist can cause a damp smell and you shouldn't leave you clothes in there too long it smell.

This is a very good machine. I have had no problem with it cleaning our family clothes. We have had no wear-out or and tearing of our clothes. We have our laundry inside the house, so it is very important that my machine is quiet. And machine is. I can preset it the night before and wake up to my washing ready to be put out the next morning and it has not disrupted myself or my family sleeping. My favourite feature it the preset. I can set it the night before and have it ready to hang out the next morning. Simple and easy.

It is great with clothes dedicates and wool for u have setting you can choose as to what you have in it . Its never stretched or destroyed clothes and even plays a victory tune when finished good product. I recommend this product to anybody that has kids and the washing never ends for it takes a big 6.5kg load and does it with ease .

It is the best washing machine I have ever had and I've had quite a few. Cleans beautifully, fairly quiet, brilliant lint trap, very efficient water wise. You can use powder and it premixes it for you. Lovely little jingle when its finished. We've had it for about 6 months now and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Got this machine cheap while they were clearing out their stocks to try and salvage their industry name during the exploding washer saga. The machine is mint, water efficient and cleans well. Is not the quietest machine going and can knock around a little, but after all it is agitating (usually) a huge swash of clothes. Haven't had a single issue and the bills have dropped a lot from the old machine.

Love the glass top to see what’s going on inside the machine and can lift the lid to add the sock you forgot without stopping the cycle.

It does a good work in cleaning and rinsing my daily clothes. I haven't noticed any problem related to tear-out of cloth. It is significantly quiet than many of the washing machine. The custom feature is my favourite feature. Decent washing machine which can be used for daily cloth cleaning.
