Ever since the day we got this washing machine, we have always received compliments from friends and family on how futuristic it looks. It can look a little overwhelming at first, but once you familiarise yourself with the functionality of the machine, it is all just like any other washing machine just with a few more bells and whistles. I am able to throw heaps of clothes in this thing at once and it does a perfect job of washing them all extremely well. Only downside to having this thing is that you will have to upgrade the rest of your laundry appliances to match the futuristic style of this beast.

We choose this one because of
1. The colour
2 The fact it doesn't have an agitator thingy in the middle so we can wash doonas, bags, rugs and other larger things like the kids when they have been playing in the mud.
3. The price was good for the size and features.
4. They told us it wasn't going to burst into flames like some previous Samsung models
5. After receiving it, it proved to be very quiet in operation
6. Even my daughter can use it provided she doesn't think she knows better than the machine and start pressing buttons like Dr Who in his Tardis.

I really like this very clean wash for my clothes and quick wash was excellent job event with the white clothes with stains. I like the colour of this product match my other products. So far is this best washing machine that i have and not too expensive for my limited budget who wash every two days.

So quiet and efficient! Just dump everything in (I still colour-coded my clothing) and set a timer, it will wash your clothes at any set time, even if it is in the middle of the night (so I can hang up the clothes in the morning), you'd never realise the machine is working hard! Love it charcoal colour and huge capacity, it makes washing the big doona sounds so easy!

The appearance was what got my attention but thats not the best part. It does an amazing job at cleaning my clothes. Would be better if it wasnt loud. Other than that all the functions are great and easy to use. Isnt too rough with the clothes either which is good.

Phenomenal purchase. Love how it washes all the clothes clean. I don’t really use the add wash option much. I guess I’m organised. Lol. Love the delayed finish option. It’s great when you don’t want the clothes to be in the machine for long after wash. Quiet operation. Highly recommend it.

First of all, it has a very beautiful appearance, secondly, got all the functions we need for daily use as well as some extra functions. It does not really harm my cloth, but it can be a little loud sometimes during rinsing process. My favourite feature is that I can add more cloth in the middle of the whole process as u may forget it at the beginning

Bette than any top loader or front loader I have ever used, and I love the extra door.... Just brilliant!!! however
with so many function can be easy to get confused on how to use. basic function are easy to use single touch but if you want to do more advance function read manual first or be frustrated.

The machine is very good to clean some stain on my clothes,and rinse my jackets .it's very cleaning.And it is not wear-out my jacket. the machine still keep the quiet, always work well at all times.my favourite is this machine.the clothes come out stain free every time,l like it very much.

Clean clothes extremely well rinse cycle is very efficient. Definitely doesn't wear out clothes, clothes look newer for longer. Very very quite was in shock when I first heard it very surprised in how quite it is. Love the quick wash setting find that it's just as effective as longer cycles.

Every piece that goes into the washing machine comes out looking like new and does not add any additional wear and tear to them. It is also incredibly quiet for a washing machine with a variety of features that can make for varying wash types depending on the type of material that needs to be cleaned. Would highly recommend for anyone.

My clothes come out amazingly clean, doesnt wear my clothes out at all, cleans itself awesomely, quick wash functions, very quiet but most of all my favourite thing about this washer is that it sings a beautiful tune to me when the loads finished and no the tune never gets old haha

After having an extremely loud top loader I decided to go with a front loader. I can barely hear it going, doesn't tangle my clothes. I love the addwash future as I always find a sock laying around after I have started a load. Easy to use with lots of washing times and options.

Plenty of room to accommodate the whole family of four clothes and it used the water very effectively to save on the water costs, drying the clothes quite faster. It is considerably quiet even at high RPM's spin speeds. Next I like the front loading and offloading capability.
The grey colour is amazing looking diligent.
Favourite features I like the cycle for the heavy clothes like bed-sheets, blankets, the temperature level selection options.

Cleans highly effectively. In our household, with 4 adults and 3 children, this suits the requirements perfectly. Surprisingly quiet which suits our dogs and cat well as it does not seem to bother them. As our kitchen is in close proximity to bedrooms, the quiet sound is extremely good. Pretty happy.

I love this machine because it can wash my whole family of four clothes and it extract water from the clothes effectively, helping it dry faster. It is considerably quiet even with 1400 rpm spin speed. I also like it because it is front loader that make it easy to take the clothes out of the machine compared to top loader, which I had it previously.

After upgrading from a prehistoric washing machine my family bought this machine! It's large drum accomodate for the large wash loads we need to do. So far so good, washes, rinses and spins good and with its many features such as setting wash times is very useful for a busy household

This washing machine is the first front loading one I've ever used. And now I question myself why I've never had one before! The way it rolls the clothes horizontally instead of vertically seems like the clothes are evenly tossed around. It's quiet and keeps all my delicates untampered. I love how it looks so high-tech and premium as well.

Takes a while to complete a wash but can be paused and added to so it ticks all my boxes.
First one I bought had a faulty seal in the add in door, but Samsung replaced it after a few weeks of building up dirty washing.
New machine hasn't skipped a beat and cleans stains well, just be prepared to wait a while for it to finish 3+ hours
