I already emailed Sendle this yesterday but I am desparate and miserable. I ordered something on eBay and the seller sent it using Sendle. I ordered in the evening on the 16th of Dec and it says the parcel order was created. The last and only tracking update says "Awaiting parcel at drop off location". I thought the parcel would be picked up on the 17th or even the 18th but it is now the 20th and no updates!!! I don't know if it is Sendle or the eBay seller's fault. Can someone help me?
I am miserable because the item was going to be a Christmas present for my brother. There was already a chance that the item would not arrive on time, and now there is a 100% chance it will be too late. It was a Switch game for the Switch I am gifting him and I can't very well give him a switch without a game on Christmas. So the whole present is a dud... if Australia Post was used I know the parcel would arrive on time, given how long they usually take for me around Christmas. Please help :( My email is titled "Parcel not picked up after 3rd day" or something similar

Hello it turns out that the problem is the fault of the eBay seller and I am now talking with them to resolve things. I am sorry for getting mad at the Sendle company when they weren't the cause. Thank you for being responsive and I am sorry for the confusion.

Hi Tim, all Sendle international shipments are DDU, which stands for Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means that your receiver has to pay any potential duties or charges due. When the parcel arrives at its destination, the customs agency will make a decision as to whether or not duties and tax have to be paid. The best part is many parcels sent through Sendle, won't require any import duties to be paid, because they'll fall under the country's low-value threshold. If duties do need to be paid, the local post office or customs office for that country will get in touch with the receiver to organise it with them directly. I got a parcel addressed to the wrong person to my address. It may be the old occupier who we do have contact details for. What should I do? I have emailed you but replies have been taking so long! Im just trying to get the package to the rightful owner.

Just hold on to the parcel until you have notified the owner write a letter or phone them tell them a package has arrived and to come and collect it.

I've never had an issue at all with Sendle. I would contact their customer service department, that would be the quickest way to resolve the problem.

I sell vinyl records on ebay. Sendle has recently been added as a pre paid postage option. The fee offered to create the label was $7 which I agreed to a clicked " create a label ". The amount ebay charged was $9.65 ?

I sent a parcel on the 4th November. The receiver has raised a where is it query?
the job number is SWWSRB.
As the sender I have watched to progress and now I'm being told that the parcel is too big or the wrong weight therefore undeliverable and sitting in a depot somewhere. I followed the weight and measurements on your page and the parcel is well under the requirements shown. When the pickup man came he never said anything so why suddenly is it wrong. Not good enough Sendle as how do we organise getting this picked up at whatever depot you supposedly have it if it's undeliverable as you say!

Yes its very frustrating especially when they do not have contact number to call. You have to send emails and then wait a day or two for a response. Pay the extra and use AusPost there more organised.

Why don't you notify the receiver by email when the package has reached "Out for Delivery - Parcel onboard courier vehicle for delivery" like Australia Post? You notify on dispatch and delivery but fail to notify the most important event for the receiver, I have to manually check the tracking page daily to see if something is due for arrival.

I couldnt. I got no email or text message to say it was being delivered, not even a card left at the door to say they attempted delivery.
Sendle was the worst delivery and mixup trying to collect my parcel I have have ever experienced.

My package was booked in for pick up today. The man who it was being collected from had to close his office at 3:30pm with the package still not collected. I decided to cancel the order and re book with a new pick up address the following day only to do this and find the courier collected it just as I did so at 3:40pm as he was leaving the office. I now need this original cancelled booking to continue on and the new booking I made moments ago be be cancelled without being charged for the delivery twice? Is this possible?

I just had a parcel picked up and I watched the guy scan it and put it in his vehicle. Now it's saying pick up was attempted and was unsuccessful. It's really bad you don't have a contact number to rectify this. Instead I'm going to have to wait days for a response.

My Parcel has been in your hands for two weeks.
It was never actually originally delivered, I was home all day, no card was left and I can see it never moved from the depot that day at 7am. It said unable to leave depot.
You people have been telling me for two weeks “it’s on it’s way, wait 48hrs” and no one has done anything because it’s still not in my hands, after basically having to be home all day every day waiting around for the last 2 weeks because apparently it’s with the courier on its way, its a freaking joke.
How long does it take!!! it’s only at a depot 45mins away from me.
Help Sendel is the crappiest courier service ever.

That is so bad. In those situations with other companies, I always insist on speaking to a higher level supervisor. But first time with Sendle I had the opposite experience. I dropped it off at lunchtime. It was delivered next afternoon.
