Delivery of Item Outstanding
I ordered my bamboo socks on the 30th April and they arrived today Saturday 2nd May. Brilliant. Other Companies need to take a leaf out of this Companies book.....they deliver on Saturday's.

Terrible service with no customer support
My package was never delivered, I have never had problems with any delivery company finding my address and have been home the whole time. The website simply said ‘unable to deliver’ with no further information. I requested the package be redelivered Within the required time for redelivery and gave further information about our address. A couple of days after I requested the redelivery, the package was listed as ‘return to sender’. I sent multiple emails and inquiries to the company and never received a response. Didn't even knock
I suggest not using this service. I noticed on their website, it says if your parcel is missing "maybe we gave it to your neighbour"!!!!! Presumably without your authorisation. Your dodgy neighbour won't even have to leave their home to steal parcels - nice!
Delivery person did come to front door, but did not knock, and just left the parcel there. (We didn't authorise that.) It was creepy to see a shadow of a man moving about on the verandah who didn't knock and then just went away.
Oh well, I suppose he did better than the Toll Priority guy. He put the parcel straight into our garden, over the fence, where anyone could steal it. We didn't even know it was there.

Extremely fast postage!
even in the pandemic, the postage was fast and with no problems. It came in impeccable condition. The tracking provided was accurate and precise.

Excellent postal and very efficient and express fast
I'm the receiver of the parcel the parcel arrived in perfect condition and very early I was even a tracking number and exactly when the parcel is picked up it was no time at all and the courier was dropping the parcel off to me in a perfect condition I'm very happy with Sendle and the company who send my parcel with Sendle same day service

Everything is done on line and went well
My first parcel with Sendle. The account set up, booking the parcel, all communication, packaging label sent to me, all done on line and in email. All quite easy. An excellent method to keep the costs to a minimum. In my case I was paying for a parcel from another location to me so I was able to email the parcel label to the actual sender. All well done.

Non existent delivery driver and support
After having a failed delivery (idk how if you follow google maps) I saw I had to submit a redelivery. I've created x2 tickets via their site none of which have had any response.
I found it really odd that no one appeared at my house but other courier companies arrive on the same day finding the place no problem. After submitting for a re-delivery i put very clear instructions in on how to find the place, yet the redelivery failed. No one again arrived, I haven't left the house for 2 weeks...

It’s take thousands for waiting.
Take too long on site, wasting money employ people here get unload, recommend don’t use this company.they said delivery on lunchtime and now I have to wait till 5pm and no one here help unload .

Great service
I sent a package from Launceston to Adelaide via Sendle.
The cost was very competitive and my package was picked up from my door and delivered within the stated time frame. They said "3 to 5 business days" and it was delivered on the 4th. day.
A hassle free transaction and great service.

Trying to sell an item on ebay and my customer decided to come to pick up instead cus they have waited too long.
In contrast, international pick-ups are always on time never miss a beat. So wonder why.

Why does a sendle delivery person take a photo of the person being delivered to ?

Hi Lisa k. I'm sorry I can't say because my first parcel was taking inside by someone else I stay in a boarding house so I don't mind them taking my parcel inside for me second time I was home and I saw the courier at the door and received my parcel but never took my photo at all so I'm sorry I can't help you
I have had 2 deliveries now, both have been left at my front door. Sorry I can't answer your question either.
because when we do an atl (authority to leave) the scanner that we use makes it so we have to take a photo. Once we take a photo, delivery is complete. Simple. I take about 200 pics per day. That's how we do deliveries
