This delivery service is very efficient. Fast deliveries and great notifications. The articles I purchased were packed well. Items were left in a secure place. I would certainly recommend this company.

The courier did not come to pick up the parcels and they lie that there was nothing on the premises. There is a running business here and it is open every day. It is not possible to make a call because it does not provide a phone. Replying to emails comes with an automatic reply only. It seems that a computer program is working there and it just counting money on the service but is not willing to do it.

Sendle always is on time with deliveries. I love how easily I can track package info on their website, and their updates are super accurate. Thankful for a company like Sendle to have the confidence that my package is in safe hands.

Item arrived a little earlier than I'd really expected, and in good order. Tracking worked well; I had expected the Corvid-19 factor to have more of a delaying effect on the delivery.

In challenging times it's good to know there is a service that can be relied on. If only more companies used Sendle!
Tracking told me when it was coming. Parcel was delivered when the tracking said it would be. No need to constantly check, no need to follow up by phone, and no "we are experiencing longer than normal delivery times".

Second occasion they've lied about trying to deliver and leaving a card. Genuinely the most subpar courier in Australia. I wish companies would stop using them. They make them look bad.

Ordered an item online on Sunday evening from Melbourne and it arrived in Canberra on Thursday afternoon. Many other items ordered appear to have been lost in the current backlog that is Australia Post. I will also be passing my thanks to sender for using Sendle instead of the alternative.

Parcel scheduled to arrive May 1-7, but it arrived today April 30 a little past 5pm! And the parcel was posted just yesterday. Not expecting that, so awesome. Thanks to Couriers Please guy who handled the delivery. It’s clear he tried his best.

Shipment was from Sydney to Ingleburn (40 minute drive). After 3 weeks (and the parcel being out for delivery a supposed 7 times) they admitted they have lost the parcel.

Tracking information was good. Fast speedy delivery. Item was in excellent condition. Definitely use this again and I am definitely recommending this to others. Ten out of ten for service.

had parcel TWICE returned to Sender because the courier wouldn’t deliver to my street. Soooo mad that Sendle will allow a pickup In the first place if can’t ensure delivery
