We have been customers of Australian Seniors Insurance for 3 years. Their premiums are very competitive. My dealings with the customer service staff have been pleasing and always a positive outcome. I would recommend Australian Seniors Insurance.

Very easy to set up a new policy and most pleasing of all was the premium almost 50% less than current policy.The consultant was very helpful in explaining the policy

Will not renew any policy with any company that automatically deducts money from my credit card without permission. Disapointed with Australian Seniors associating with companies who behave in this way.

I decided to try Australian Seniors Insurance online and found it so easy to do. My previous insurer increased their premiums by 40% that's the reason I tried Australian Seniors who were $245 cheaper. I hope in a years time it doesn't go up that much. Thanks to Erin who rang me to go thru the policy she was so helpful. I decided to think about it for a week or so and decided to go with Australian Seniors .I went back online and there was no option to retrieve the quote which was disappointing, after going thru my emails I eventually found the policy to pay for it. But overall it was an easy process to get my insurance.

Fair value, easy to set up with the help of friendly customer service person. This is my first year with Seniors Insurance. Next year will be a better time to give a realistic review.

The web site application was easy to complete. All that is required is fill out information for a quote and at the end they give you options on prices and if you consider it good value read all the policy info and purchase your new product. Easy.

However, I hope this rating can stand when tested in future should a claim is lodged. In good faith, I believe, it can produce a satisfactory outcome in time of critical need/help!

Francis was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Good value, easy to understand, because Francis was working from home (due to current virus status) she was still able to get access to her supervisor quickly to fix a problem without my having to call back or she call me. Just a short hold, very professional.

Pretty good value policy, but like others, annual increases soon mount up. Easy to set up. My husband went bankrupt, which affects the policy cover, apparently, though we could still pay the premiums.
