The policy was easy to set up with the coverage I needed for my dogs. I feel better knowing that my dogs have insurance. The staff were very helpful & informative.

Outt of pocket expenses were minimal Very impressed with the process

The claim was dealt with in a timely manner. Staff have always been helpful with offering advice and answering any questions.

I called prior to making a claim as I knew my vet would refuse to supply me with your required paperwork. The staff member was very helpful and found a solution which she then followed up with an email link

A good value for money product with excellent service

THh fact that the policy has no excess makes it very good value and it covers almost everything. A couple hours after getting an online quote, I got a follow up call from a lovely young lady who was so helpful with answering all of my questions and explaining all about what is covered and what is not covered with the policy. She was very informative and polite. I have thought about swapping my pet insurance over for at least 2 years, but with her advice, I have now made the swap and feel a lot more satisfied as I am getting much better value for money.

Setup of My policy was easy to follow and able to organise with no hassles.
I Couldn’t have my pets without insurance.
I highly recommend and have done to anyone with pets it’s a must.
Over the past three years I have had to lodge a couple of claims which were resolved within a very short time, I received notification of receipt of my claims on both occasions and had the money back in my account within about ten days, excellent service. Extremely happy with this company.
A big thank you for helping to look after my babies.

The customer service I received from Sophia was exceptional - friendly, professional and answered my questions promptly. She asked clear meaningful questions and humanised the whole experience taking an interest in my puppy. I haven’t had experience with any claims and the cost of insurance was comparable but what made me choose Seniors was the great service.

Easy to set up, value was similar to other insurers, only marginally better in price.
First time with this insurer, as I have not had a pet previously.
It appears to be value for money, although I will only know this when and if I ever make a claim.

Taking out a new pet Insurance policy

Took out a new pet policy for my new puppy Chloe Ann..
The lady that helped me was very helpful and explained everything.
I didn't have to wait in a que..
So my new policy was done in about 10 mins..
Everything was very professional and well presented..
My policy was emailed to me before I hung up the phone..

Great pet Insurance policy..

My pets Insurance is a great policy for my pet .My dog Marli has had a few health issues recently and has had to visit the vet 3 times..Each time I have mad a claim Seniors pet insurance has reimbursed me within 3 days..Excellent company.. The claims are easy to lodge online and once you lodge your claim they email and tell you that they have received your claim and are looking into it..Doesn't get better than that..Very efficient..I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good pet Insurance..

I have had 2 claims and the people involved were excellent BUT nothing happened after I submitted the information. It took further inquiries to complete the claim. Everyone was very helpful.

We had a very sick young girl our Labrador very very sick, we had a big vet bill, after we paid our bill we submitted all the paper work and within 3 days our money was paid back to us

Thank you for your question. To be eligible to take out our insurance, you need to be the primary carer of the pet and the pet does need to reside with you. We don't offer third party liability insurance.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. To qualify for cover, the accidental injury must have occurred during the policy period and result in snake bite toxicity. We do not currently charge an excess for any of our pet insurance policies.
