No customer service
No communucation, waited 1 hour on the phone and no answer. I have bought it 10 days ago a hair dryer. Still waiting for it. I will not shop online again until their call centre is back to normal. Recommend you to call them before buying any product
Lost $500 on online purchase
Last night I decided to do a shop on shavershop and ended up buying a whole heap of different stuff. I paid and I waited for a confirmation email and nothing? I tryed to sign into my account and says no account? If numerously done forgot password and no email????
What do I do?!!! If so customer service is horrible and I just lost $500

Ordered a product on April 6th, did not receive the item at all on 29/04 only to realise it's already been delivered to an incorrect address. No replies after multiple attempts via phone and emails on the issue, what a shame. Almost feels like being scammed, will be contacting my bank to request a dispute.
Bad customer service
Shocking customer service will never buy online again. Placed a order or the 18th April and still been processed. Won't answer me to what's happening with my order and give any information. A milk bar had better customer service
No sense of urgency
You would assume that considering the pandemic and being a brand that specialises in products that would encourage an increase of sales for the business they would quickly build some sort of plan or sense of urgency to ensure that their products and customers are being taken care of.
I ordered a WAHL clipper for my husband, I understand that they would have to deal with an I flux of orders so I was happy to wait. However when I received my package the clipper was damaged, there was parts flying out everywhere when I took it out of the bubble ...wrap, and the case had a big crack as well. For numerous days I have tried to get in contact, however their lines are always busy. I had written a comment on 2 of their social medias, which surprisingly they had replied to looking like they would reply, however when I had gave them my order number I have not received a reply through direct messaging. I do not recommend this store, buy your hair care products anywhere but there for the meantime.
Dont buy terrible customer service and terrible delivery very bad experience
Placed an order on 16th April usually deliveries like this order takes 2 or 3 business days, now over a week and nothing had been received even thoug i had orders from other shops placed after this order and had been received. Tried to contact the customer service waited over 30 minutes and no response asked for callback now it 3 hours and didnt received the callback very terrible experince with them and will not buy again from shavershop
Placed an order 5th April, received shipping notification 6th April. Waited for two weeks for delivery. Send email asking tracking id, no response, rang up after two days, Explained about non shipment and a lot apologies!! Promised for express delivery next day, waited but not received. Incredible service ... shame on you shaver shop. sorry..
No Shaver No Response No Service
I ordered a Vidal Sasson head shaver from Shaver Shop Chadstone and paid on 10 April. I have not received any information about shipping or any correspondence. I have called multiple times and left messages and also used the call back service. Nothing but silence from Shaver Shop. I am going to cancel my payment. I have never had a situation where the supplier ignores you completely. Clearly they just don’t care.

Made a purchase from the Shaver Store online store. Received one item in the mail, and did not receive other item. Shaver Shop do not respond to phone calls or emails.
I don't know how a company can charge people for a product, and then just completely ignore them when they fail to provide the product.
Judging by their other reviews, this seems to be their business model.

Lack of customer support if product is faulty
Product (Superclip XTP) arrived dead on arrival unfortunately. Now, I understand this happens sometimes. The issue is lack of customer service to deal with faulty products. Emails go unanswered, call lines are always busy and despite having options to leave a message and request a callback, these are ignored. Be very careful ordering from Shavershop.

Ordered 2 items. Hair clipper and oil for hair clipper. Received oil after 2 weeks and still waiting for hair clipper. Never buy any item from these guys.You will regret.

The customer service email didn’t respond to the missing item which is worth $170. The delivery has been late for two weeks and there is no means for me to apply for a full refund.
Online order 3 weeks ago, and still not arrived
Order some clippers late March, and we're now at 16th of April, and it still hasn't been delivered to AusPost.
Emails to them bounce back, and telephone calls are not answered nor returned. Terrible service, and no guarantee I'll see the clippers or my money back.
17 days and item has not arrived
Been a custoer for years, purchased a trimmer 17 days ago, and the item has not arrived yet. Spoken to the "customer service" at least 3 times, who doesn't seems to care, never called back as they promised. You have lost a long time customer.

Multiple time customer
Been a customer for a few years now, noticed the products tend to fall apart (after treated with considerable care) pretty much the day the warranty is no longer valid - almost like a smartphone. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt one last time, and was sold a product that obviously didn’t work as soon as it was opened, so I was instructed to bring it in for a refund. Once at the store, I was basically told there is no refund policy. Why? Because it requires a ‘manufacture’ fault with the product (being that it doesn’t cut hair in t...he first place, this is kind of a given), but was told my issue was one with ‘satisfaction’ and not eligible - excuses about the length of hair, the ‘product line features’ not having proper expectations, and a few more excuses before their great advice was to buy another, more expensive product of theirs to make my issue go away. Once a pretty happy customer, bitten more than once and now can’t say I can recommend anyone who needs a quality shaver. Avoid the disappointment, upsells, cross sells and lack of genuine care for their customer - shop somewhere else.
Great service Great product
Purchased a Remington Quick Shave Rotary Shaver XR 1410. Extremely happy with this product as I have sensitive skin and this product was recommended by the sales lady over the phone as I had no idea what to purchase. Gives a clean, close shave and easy to use and clean. Love the attached trimmer as well. Great shaver and good value for money.
