I bought a Braun IPL which costed me $499 from their ebay shop. It clearly says NEW and they sent me a used device.

Went to buy a new foil for my 5yo Panasonic shaver. New ones on especial, half price. I don't like big shopping centers, but a deal better than ebay without the wait? So now I have a new shaver, excellent!

Used the online store to order an epilator, and had it delivered in 2 days. Very happy with the service. I've previously bought from their store, and have had no issue with Shaver Shop. I'd recommended using them to anyone looking into shavers etc.

I made an online order via the shaver shops website for a few simple items (electric toothbrush, clippers etc), I was contacted by a staff member from the shaver shop several days later to let me know that NONE of the products I had ordered were available in ANY of their stores. The staff member was very pleasant and worked through each item and offered an alternative and an eventual refund, however I'm annoyed that they have an online store that is not up to date with what they stock.

I will never shop at the shaver shop at Liverpool Westfield's NSW, the large lady that works there is a lier and thief. I went to return a faulty hair straightener, she told me she wouldn't after further discussion she called her" manager" he said yes, so we agreed to exchange the Remington straightener for a silver bullet titanium. Proceed to with transaction Remington cost $100 so titanium straightener cost$179. So I should only pay $79. She charged me $179 instead of $79, she pocketed the money from the cash register. so customers always check your receipts. She is rude, obnoxious, has bad communication skill, horrid customer service skills. Do not shop at the shaver shop, instead shop at Myers, Harvey Norman, David jones ETC

Ordered a stubble trimmer online, to deliver in Melbourne not anything remote or difficult, and didn't receive it or an explanation for 3 weeks.

I had to contact them and the delivery company to find out what happened, and another week later I still haven't seen anything.

Don't shop with the Shaver Shop, anywhere else would be better

I bought a Braun Epilator online from them, and was expecting to have to wait for a long time to receive my order. Well I was surprised when the product arrived by courier the day immediately after I had ordered it. That was really fast service, and saved me a trip to the shop. I would be more than happy to buy from the Shaver Shop again online.

Terrible ordeal. Bought toothbrush last week, payment has been charged. 8 days later, no shipment, no update, nothing.
Write an email asking what happened to my online purchase, no reply whatsoever. Will lodged complaint to ACCC and CC provider for sure.
