I could easily find the product I was looking for and then was served by a very pleasant sales assistant (Ryan T). The product was a consumable which is perfect.

No warranty given on replacement electric shaver.
Bought a series 9 Braun shaver for $399 and exchange it today after the first one failed. Whilst I can’t say too much negativity about the shaver as it failed just before the 2 years of warranty lapsed I’m left with a sour taste in my mouth as I have NO warranty with the new one. Even if it fails next week I’m left up a creek without a paddle.
Surely this can’t be right????

Fantastic service with a smile
Just before Christmas, 2022, the sales were great, and I was loaded up with presents, when I came across the Shaver Shop in Westfields, Chatswood. They had their regular specials out front, the Oral B Vitality electric toothbrushes and refills, however, when venturing into their shop, many more "bargains" were available. My wife saw the Waterpik Waterflosser, reduced from around $159 down to $110. A lovely sales assistant came over and enquired if we needed assistance. I declined as I physically could not carry anymore purchases.

Cheap Wahl copies

Shop assistant that doesn't know how to assist and customer service inexistent!!!
I've been here two days ago to buy an electric toothbrush. I showed a girl working there a $10 voucher that I received with a previous purchase and she explained to me that to use the voucher I had to buy the product online! And this is what I did... She said that it takes from 1 to 3 hours to process the payment, but after 2days is still processing, even if they took my money straight away. Now.. the shop assistant doesn't know how to help me and the customer service is not answering my emails! Their price are often better than other shops but their service is ridiculous bad! I rather prefer to spend $10 extra but receiving a decent customer service!

Horrible faulty clippers
I baught new clippers with accessories at the harbour town store on the gold coast...went back to store and both girls there ignored my complaints of faulty WAHL clippers...even the head office robbed me off...never shopping here again...

No refund when product purchased within 1 hour cuts my face!!!
Shaver Shop Chatswood refuses to give me a refund after spending $600 on electric shaver that ended up pulling the hair out of my face and cutting my skin and bleeding. They basically told me I have to work it out myself. No refund! No nothing! I advise everyone to be very cautious. Stay away from Shaver Shop Chatswood as all they care about is taking your money and after that if the product is faulty, within the hour of purchase, there is no refund.

not interested in warranty
Braun series9 shaver head fell apart after 8 mths - took it back to Shaver shop who said there was no warranty on heads and I would have to purchase a new head ($75). I did - but also contacted Braun who sent me a new head! The Geelong Shaver shop were just not interested. I can't complain about the Braun after sales service though.

I dealt with Braun directly and they acknowledged the fault and replaced the head - faulty goods are always covered by warranty even if the retailer can't be bothered!

Excellent Service!!
I've used Shaver Shop for over 20 years, bought a few electric shavers from different stores, lots of cans of Shaver Guard, always polite friendly service, knowledgeable, competitive pricing and not pushy. I can't comment on having to deal with them in terms of warranty or returns, but overall very happy with them and to keep using them.

Great little store
Great setup for a small store, good shop front, good displays inside store. You're free to pick up and look over products. All boxes kept out the back, removing a cluttered look.
Variety was better than I expected, - everything and more
Bought 2 products, given really comprehensive demo, wasn't rushed, no hard sell. The staff really knows his products

Wrong product
I purchased Brau Shaver 5140S Series 5 on boxing day from Narre Warren Shaver shop. I have been told Seriut 5 is good for my uses but after used this product it took me about 40 mints for shave( after trim). I went back to store and explained about this and they have admitted that this is our mistake to sold wrong product but we can't refund or exchange this product as i need to deal with Brau directly. As a customer it is very disappointing with their unprofessional service. Never ever go to this store in future. also they the store manager is very rude.

Didn't honour warranty of replaced product, claimed they had no record
I purchased an item from here, the product code being MG7730/15, and order number O_00426476. I went to the shop in roughly August to make a warranty claim when the product stopped working, which was obliged and they replaced it. At the time they took my details and inputed into the system that the claim was being made and gave me the new shaver with a new warranty.
This second unit also broke, so I returned it to the same shop I had previously on Lonsdale Street, however they claimed they had no record of purchase or replacement. Looking bac...Read more

Considering they took my details upon returning the product for the first time upon replacement how can they subsequently claim to have no record of this? I also had the broken physical unit which presumably they could match. The store clerk offered no remedies or in further checking of the system for records. Awesome experience
Huge range of products available! I was after some middle-range clippers for my son and partners thick hair. The team member in store helped me in finding some which met our needs whilst not spending unnecessary dollars on features we wouldn't use. No pushy sales tactics. There for the customer.
