Shopped here a few times always found staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Usually have some great deals in store. Limited width in terms of type of product but good selection on the product categories they do keep to give plenty of options

Information regarding keeping the blades sharp is supposed to be given to purchasers when they buy. I was not told to oil the blades after each use and just five months later, they are dull and cannot be restored.
I went into the Prahran shop to inquire why the blades were so dull after just five months and was told that the store manager who sold the shaver to me should have told me how to look after it. I asked them to replace the blades as it is their responsibility, however they refused.

I brought a shaver from the shaver shop in late 2017 that started exhibiting issues. I returned it to another Shaver Shop where the staff there provided excellent customer service and swapped out my faulty unit with a new one on the spot. Very happy with the service.

Employee kindly assisted when I requested for a price bid and the store was easy to navigate with the help of an employee. My family loves these high quality products!

Purchased a product online, which was faulty. Received and exchange in store. @nd unit was also faulty. Returned to the store and ended up with a partial refund and a different item which was better than the one I'd purchased on line. Excellent customer service at Eastland.

Hi bought Braun series 5 shaver from Liverpool Shaver Shop. As Braun company offers a 60 days trial if you not satisfied you can return the product. The staff was not helpful at all. Then I went to buy Braun Series 9 shaver it was on special price but staff told me that it’s not on special then I’ve to show them that it is in special promotion at your website. I felt they did not want to sell at that price. But eventually the decided to sell it. Not happy at about the customer services at shaver Shop Liverpool specially. I been to other Shaver shop stores they’re very friendly staff.

It's Very easy for me to frequent the location of the shop. i am very happy with purchasing my regular products there which is faceguard and the sensitive shaving gel.

I purchased the microdermabrasion machine and it is beyond great! Saves me time and money from going into the laser clinic.

I was looking through the shops to buy a late christmas present for my wife as she just had a baby on christmas day!! :) then i found out that the local shavershop had dysons which my wife was wanting for so long, i had no clue how it even worked lol! But when their sales assistant Albert showed me the demo display and the features i was instantly sold on the why my wife wanted this for so long, he was so professional with his demonstation nad great at instantly getting me the dyson and instructions on how to claim a free bag.
Wife has loved using the dyson since lol!!
Will be back for sure after such great customer service by the narellan shavershop as i need to buy a new shaver very soon :)
