Cannot track items. PENDING, is all I get!
This is what I have received after trying twice to call the 1300 number and two emails, still nothing.
However the account has been drawn upon. Seems as though they feel that they need not contact people, until it becomes a real issue?

Multiple time customer
Been a customer for a few years now, noticed the products tend to fall apart (after treated with considerable care) pretty much the day the warranty is no longer valid - almost like a smartphone. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt one last time, and was sold a product that obviously didn’t work as soon as it was opened, so I was instructed to bring it in for a refund. he first place, this is kind of a given), but was told my issue was one with ‘satisfaction’ and not eligible - excuses about the length of hair, the ‘product line features’ not having proper expectations, and a few more excuses before their great advice was to buy another, more expensive product of theirs to make my issue go away. Once a pretty happy customer, bitten more than once and now can’t say I can recommend anyone who needs a quality shaver. Great service Great product
Purchased a Remington Quick Shave Rotary Shaver XR 1410. Extremely happy with this product as I have sensitive skin and this product was recommended by the sales lady over the phone as I had no idea what to purchase. Gives a clean, close shave and easy to use and clean. Love the attached trimmer as well. Great shaver and good value for money.

Just got a $299 dollars on an electric trimmer from Shaver Shop.
The box was damaged on arrival, and the contents had either been repacked or was opened. I am trying to get through to support with little. It is fair to say though this product is not new and was either floor stock or a return.

No warranty given on replacement electric shaver.
Bought a series 9 Braun shaver for $399 and exchange it today after the first one failed. Whilst I can’t say too much negativity about the shaver as it failed just before the 2 years of warranty lapsed I’m left with a sour taste in my mouth as I have NO warranty with the new one. Even if it fails next week I’m left up a creek without a paddle.
Surely this can’t be right????

Beware of false cashback claims
I had been deciding whether to buy at home IPL machine for months when I saw the $100 cash back offer that Shaver Shop offered. So ordered it.
Nothing came out with the product about the cashback so I kept an eye on my emails assuming it would come later. I then forgot about it for a couple of months... I sent an online enquire on Jan15th, and didn’t hear anything until feb15th!!! Below is my response:
”Thankyou for getting in contact with us.
I sincerely apologise for the incredibly delayed response. Unfortunately we are experiencing large delays due to our previous sale.

Ordered 3 kids toothbrushes and an adult one too. They advertised it came with three refills but I was only sent two. I sent an email, which was answered albeit slowly and then they promised to send out the missing refill. I had to send another email a few weeks later. So.... this sounds negative doesnt it, but this was over the christmas holidays and I understand businesses have busy periods and what makes up for any negativity is that I had a lady (wish I remembered her name) from head office phone and apologise profusely and then send the missing refills express and refund one toothbrush. Now that amazing customer service from one lady made me feel very happy and confident to order again. Thank you!,

Fantastic service with a smile
Just before Christmas, 2022, the sales were great, and I was loaded up with presents, when I came across the Shaver Shop in Westfields, Chatswood. They had their regular specials out front, the Oral B Vitality electric toothbrushes and refills, however, when venturing into their shop, many more "bargains" were available. My wife saw the Waterpik Waterflosser, reduced from around $159 down to $110. A lovely sales assistant came over and enquired if we needed assistance. Didn't receive order and atrocious customer service
Ordered one item worth $99 and chucked in $3 razor blades to get free shipping.
Received the razor blades with a note that the other item is being shipped separately. Weird to send the razor blades by themself.
7 days after placing order I still hadn't received any further comms on the main item being shipped; sent a customer support ticket. Was told the item would be express shipped the next day.
15 days later, still haven't received my main purchase or any further communications on its status.
Have requested they just refund the item.

Shop assistant that doesn't know how to assist and customer service inexistent!!!
I've been here two days ago to buy an electric toothbrush. I showed a girl working there a $10 voucher that I received with a previous purchase and she explained to me that to use the voucher I had to buy the product online! And this is what I did... She said that it takes from 1 to 3 hours to process the payment, but after 2days is still processing, even if they took my money straight away. Now.. the shop assistant doesn't know how to help me and the customer service is not answering my emails! Their price are often better than other shops but their service is ridiculous bad! I rather prefer to spend $10 extra but receiving a decent customer service!

Horrible faulty clippers
I baught new clippers with accessories at the harbour town store on the gold coast...went back to store and both girls there ignored my complaints of faulty WAHL clippers...even the head office robbed me off...never shopping here again...

No refund when product purchased within 1 hour cuts my face!!!
Shaver Shop Chatswood refuses to give me a refund after spending $600 on electric shaver that ended up pulling the hair out of my face and cutting my skin and bleeding. They basically told me I have to work it out myself. No refund! No nothing! I advise everyone to be very cautious. Stay away from Shaver Shop Chatswood as all they care about is taking your money and after that if the product is faulty, within the hour of purchase, there is no refund.

Customer service, policies and procedures
Shaver shop have a deal with Aus post to deliver their items when a purchase is made online, so your item will be delivered via aus post. I believe this should be identified in the purchase, some people may lack trust with aus post and it should be declared on who is providing your item for delivery."Disclosure" required.
2nd, Shaver shop only insure your item with the post for $100 so bad luck if your item goes missing and is of higher value than $100. "Disclosure" required.

mine who is responsible for the item not being delivered, shaver shop requesting for photos from aus post though aus post wont release the photo's when an item is delivered incorrectly to the customer . Customer service at Shaver shop then instructs you with incorrect information- Train your staff shaver shop to provide correct information to your clients. No response from email requests, several phone calls required to follow up on getting things sorted. Kathleen at customer service was great to finally sort out the issue though it took 6hrs 4 emails, 3 phone calls to aus post and 2 emails and 2 calls over 6 weeks to sort out this issue.1 comment
