Awful experience
I booked the trip for my son. But the driver cancelled the trip because she said she got flat tire... plus there was no one who could cover the trip. So my 7 year old son was waiting outside for 30 mins before I come back from my work place in the morning.
The driver told the director that she could not reach me! However, I actually caught her call and was told that she cancelled the trip and there was nothing that I could do. so I immediately went back home from my work place.

ivers....They also need to constantly check their cars if they use them for business. But I am the one who believed the service and booked it so I know I should take the responsibility. But still, I feel sorry for my son. He had never been late for school before this incident lol!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Not ideal for travelling with a baby
You need to pre book hours if not days in advance to get a babyseat.
I spent over 1hr trying to book a car with a babyseat and had to give up in the end.
The app needs more work. I thought i had a driver booked but turned out they didnt accept my ride.

As others have said they double or triple change then aren't really helpful in resolving
All the drivers I have met so far have been really lovely. But it has now become an ongoing issue with being double and once even triple charged for a fare. Once I was double charged, then 2 weeks later they charged me for the same fare again, on xmas eve! Then admin was shut over xmas and I had to email many times to get a resolution. It's just now happened again. 3 days after I've asked them to assist and the only response so far is 'we haven't double charged, it was a double pending charge and it's now been reversed' but that's not the case on my end. Unfortunately my budget doesn't allow me to continue to use this service. I can't keep dealing with random unexpected charges while living on such a tight budget.

Too many things don’t work properly to be reliable
Great idea for a much needed service. A lot of work needed on service delivery though. Bookings via the app are not easy. Once I attempted to book a scheduled ride to collect a child from school - 5 hours in advance. After waiting for 32 mins with the app open hoping to connect to drivers, I phoned Shebah and was told that it’s probably because my scheduled booking was around school afternoon pickup time, so drivers might be busy picking up their own kids apparently?! Hence the lack of ANY available drivers. So couldn’t book at all. And this wa...Read more
s on a weekday in a major city. Last time I tried to book using the Shebah app it simply closed every time I tried to schedule a booking. Have given up, and am on the lookout for a more reliable female-only rideshare service.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I used this service for the first time and I was not happy. I was charged the full fare of $18.80 for a service I did not use. They charged me $11.30 for cancellation fee after 5 minutes. The Shebah app did not confirm my booking like Uber does. They are too expensive for the very short distance home. Do not use this service as you will get ripped off. Stick to the Ubers or other rides you think cheaper.

Has a long way to go!
I registered to become a driver for Shebah and the experience was nothing short of demoralising. Despite my own efforts at local marketing there was quite simply no work.
Being in a regional area was difficult and despite Shebah stating their wish to expand and grow the business in regional areas there was a complete lack of marketing support or any support for that matter with promoting the business so that drivers can actually get some work and earn an income. I waited weeks to get sent a few flyers for promotion.
When I voiced on private...Read more
Shebah drivers Facebook pages about how tough and demoralising it had been I was largely ignored or told by other drivers in large city areas such as Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra about how well they were doing and that they were #WINNING!! Not a shred of empathy from anyone within the business. I felt like I'd joined a 'mean girls' club to some extent where group positivity was everything and any one voicing that they were not getting work was seen as being negative and so was just ignored. Bad business model and just plain unprofessional. I wish Shebah well as I really believe in what they're trying to do but anyone in business will tell you you can't ignore where things aren't working if you really want to expand and grow your business. You need to address the driver challenges and show some empathy and respect to those women who have outlayed money to sign up and drive for Shebah.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Waste of time
Stick to your usual uber or taxi service
Customer service was very poor. Had problems with booking and was charged twice for cancellation fee. One was rectified but other one wasn't. What would have been just a $20 something taxi ride turned out to be almost $50 because of the error. Would never use this service again and would certainly not recommend this to anyone

If I could select no stars I would!
Booked Shebah yesterday for a trip. Quoted price was $11.39 versus Uber at $8.90. Traffic was very light once I was picked up. Be careful booking this business, there are not as many drivers and it takes 3 times as long for them to arrive, then they charge you extra once they drop you off. They actually charge you for traffic they experience on the way to you. I was charged another amount of $3.23 after I was dropped off. Ended up costing almost twice of what Uber charges.
Its a dishonest business!
Definitely wont be using them again

Don't bother, wait for the new Women-only Rideshare coming soon.
The app is terrible, customer service is worse and you can only pay via credit card. There were three bugs with the app on my phone, one of which other potential users have complained about for months, going by the app reviews, and to which their solution is not to fix it but to tell you to text the driver when they accept the job. Tough luck if you didn't know about that particular bug (it's not necessarily obvious) and end up waiting in vain for a driver to turn up and getting charged anyway. Customer service on the phone redirected me to ema...Read more
il, where they have what is apparently an industry standard 3 day turn around. I really wanted to use this new ride share service so I persevered but customer service seems ill equipped to help with what is clearly a problematic app, for some phones at least. I guess there are enough people who really want the service and only have to work around one bug with the app that they don't care about losing new customers. As an ex-customer service professional, I was surprised at how casually dismissive and patronising they were. Fortunately there's hope on the horizon with a new women-only ride share business starting up so will wait for them to begin operating and hope that they get it right. They're called SheSafe (http://shesafe.com.au/). I don't know when they'll be operating but I've registered as a future user and will use 13CABS while I wait for them to start.Similar opinion?
