I purched 2 dresses from Shein same size one fitted one was so small ordered according to measurement on on their page needed 120c bust but it was 102c have been trying to exchange it for larger size thru customer service no luck it is their mistake even offered to buy dress again with free postage but said no was a good customer but no more have been sending emails back and forth for about 10 days they keep asking me the same questions but no answers to my problem not happy goodbye Shein

I have ordered from Shein many times and have always received my order and have been happy with the products. My last order arrived in two weeks from purchase and i was very happy with it.

I have brought multiple sorts or lingerie, earrings and 2 tops.
All of which I am in love with.. for the tops sizing is hard .. i got 1 size up for each however a bodycon top could have been perfect in my own size.
The other jersey was excellent.
I continue to buy earrings, which ive found fiscolour very easy if I wear them in the shower but easy fix ... don't wear them in the shower.
I will continue to buy off shein.. the quality is good. I'm afraid to buy bottoms but I read reviews on items first.
It is a good site.. a favourite of mine alongside fashion nova .

I really love this brand with its good quality clothes and efficient delivery. The clothes are exactly the same as how it shows in the selling picture. My most favored part of Shein is its app. You can match your own outfit and join the campaign to win points, which can be used as a discount for your actual purchase, although I had never won one so far... lol But I love the idea. Also, if you do daily check-in, you can also win points. Except for clothes, it also sells a lot of other accessories. Product lines are comprehensive!

I ordered a jumper that mention in the description it was 100% COTTON. When I receive it said 100% POLYESTER. Not impressed. I hoped for cotton as I can’t wear polyester

This was my first time trying Shein. I bought 5 x tops/jumpers and a bikini. The quality is very poor, the fabric is thin and cheap - I don't even want to wear the jumpers I bought. Everything smells of chemicals but I'm scared to even wash the clothes lest they fall apart. I will never buy again. Even Kmart has better quality clothes and I don't buy those, either!

Today I recieved my package for my daughter. I was so disappointed with the quality tops. Washed out clothing that looked like it was washed a million times.
If it was for me, I would through everything out into the garbage. But because it's my daughters I will leave it.
Now I still need to buy nice looking clothes for her

I ordered 3 ladies track pants and received totally incorrect order to which is of no use to me and not received a reply when previously contacting Shein. I would appreciate an immediate response by Shein before I take the issue further.

They dont refund the money full. They take the postage money too while the mistake on them. When they refund the money to us they are not sending the actual money they said they will refund it.

Very terrible

I’ve waited nearly a month for my parcels and I’m still waiting. Yet everyone gets theirs the next week they order. Not only that the communication is horrible, make you wait HOURS and days for a reply just to tell stuff that doesn’t even help. I’m NEVER ordering off of SHEIN again if I don’t get my parcels today. They were due here on the 30-31st of March. It’s now the 6th of April. Where the heck are my parcels!!! I’m getting highly ticked off

I’m getting very annoyed, since I purchased some clothes on the 27th March and yet it is still in Hong Kong. Why is it taking so long? It hasn’t moved since I bought it. Placed my order through on the 19th March and it still had not arrived yet. Not happy as I was hoping to wear this piece very soon, praying it hurry’s up!!

The dodgest clothing. My daughters 3 tops arrived today. Size L and they just fit my almost 6 year old ( except sleeves too long). Terrible material, no label/ sizing label on any piece of clothing. Cheap and nasty make. Images look completely different to what actually arrived.

Ordered a coat from Shein. I am size 12 so I ordered a L size. Had to put my hands behind my back to put my hands in the pockets. The front of the coat didn't connect. It looked terrible and hung really badly on my body. I will never order from Shein again.

So basically robbing you just for trusting their website False Advertising as 100% cotton however its 95% polyester and 5% spandex They havent corrected the advertisement and only offered $3 off next order however the item must be 25% over $3 or the second option is i pay return shipping which is around $10-15 out of my own pocket for THEIR mistake?!

I submitted order GSHM6F00Y00012H on 24th of March, tracking system shows it is still in HongKong. There is no way I am going to get it within 6-10 days. Very disappointed
