Excellent product range and service
I've used shop zero for two purchases so far one relatively small in price and one rather large in price, both transactions were completed easily and the website is easy to find whatever you maybe looking for, their range of items are very extensive and pricing across the range seems rather good, customer service representatives have responded to the few queries I've had usually within a few hours of initially contacting them, they are polite and knowledgeable when replying back, my only real gripe is their postage system the majority of online...Read more
retailers today offer same day shipping if ordered by a certain time or next day shipping and also offer various shipping services like express postage so forth shop zero doesn't offer these services yet, my only other suggestion maybe introduce gift cards that can be purchased through your website? I feel if you implemented the postal changes and introduced gift cards it would probably increase traffic to your site. If the postal system is updated in the future I will definitely update my review to 5 stars for the shipping other than that keep up the great work shopzero.

ShopZero cancelled my order because I was concerned...wut?
I was going to buy through ShopZero, got my account sorted, got the order put through then I got an email from them where they sent my password IN PLAIN TEXT.
As someone who works in the tech industry, this was an instant red flag for me and I sent them an email expressing my concerns and suggesting that they review their cyber security policies. If they're sending me my password in plain text, where else are they storing it in plain text.
No response....
The following day, I get an email with a coupon saying I haven't checked out and ...Read more
here's a coupon to do so. That's weird... I log in to check my order. It's been cancelled with no notification. I try to buy it again, this time using the coupon code, the coupon code doesn't work. I check their support site where my concerns have been logged as a ticket, the ticket has been deleted with no word. WOW! Ok, if you don't want my money because I brought up that your cyber security policies need some serious rethinking, I'll just go somewhere else. At least have the courtesy of telling me as much. Terrible customer service...wait, no....non-existent customer service would be closer to it. I purchased the item on Kogan instead.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent service
Shop Zero is an online business selling most things for the garden and home. It offers Afterpay enabling the shopper to shop now and pay in four interest free payments. Shop Zero sell electronics & office, fashion & beauty,
furniture, home & garden, toys, kids & baby, travel and outdoors.
All products that I have purchased from Shop Zero have been of top quality and fast delivery, my most recent being a Masport lawnmower
I highly recommend this business.
