It started with buying just 1 dress for christmas dinner 3 years ago. Now the majority of my wardrobe is Showpo. And I really dont see myself slowing down anytime soon

I ordered the At the Altar dress on Wednesday and received it on Friday, so impressed!! It was only $79.95, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, it is absolutely stunning! It is so well made and the material is gorgeous! It looks exactly like it does in the picture. The only advice I would say, is stick to your normal size. The size chart on line said I should order a size 18, which is four times bigger than my normal size. I did order one size bigger (a 14 instead of 12) because I am in between sizes at the moment and it fits perfectly. I’m so happy with my purchase and would totally recommend Showpo to others.

Estimated delivery date confirmed as 23rd December, 2022. Actual delivery 22nd January, 2020. Needless to say extremely disappointed and had to make alternative arrangements for New Years Eve and New Years

I returned a faulty bridesmaids dress two months ago and I’m still waiting for a refund. I can’t get through over the phone and all of my emails have been ignored. I want my money back.

Great quality, fits true to sizing chart. Didn’t have high expectations because of price but was absolutely shocked on how great it looks! Got it in emerald green and planning on wearing it to my grad!

Super happy with overall experience, sizing was too big and needed to change, the team were Exceptional with their customer service with regards to exchange and product knowledge... highly recommended :)

No refunds, so if you choose to buy from this company, consider it a final sale. Absolutely no desire to make their customers happy. I will never shop here again and rest assured I will pass the word around to anyone and everyone I can. Scammers!

I recently dealt with Showpo over a order issue. I was very impressed with their HIGH level of customer service. Their communication and response time was almost immediate. They even sent follow up messages to make sure I was happy. Thankyou so much, we will be shopping with you again.

I ordered 3 lots of Jeffree Star straws at 9pm one night. The VERY NEXT DAY I got a notification saying my package was ready to be picked up from my parcel locker. I’m so happy with how fast, and efficient this was.

I wore this dress to a Holiday party and it was beautiful. I’m 5’1, 139lbs, 36D and I bought a size 4 I def would go up a size next time it was a little tight. The dress is long so you must wear heels. The straps had to be adjusted but that only cost me 6 bucks. Super happy with my purchase though.

After more than two months of waiting, today my purchase arrived. I’m SO disappointed of the quality... I really expected better for the price... I might use it as costume

Return portal didn’t work and then was advised after attempting 3 times was advised we were over the 14 day return policy. $60 down the drain. Won’t be purchasing again.

I ordered some bridesmaid dresses and had to exchange an item and was impressed by showpo’s customer service team - anamarie was super friendly and responsive to my query. Highly recommend.

I ordered 6 dresses and 1 jumpsuit, when they arived only 2 of the dresses we as advertised and are decent quality, the rest look horrible, cheap thin material even see through, and the jumpsuit was creased and not fitting to the size at all, I don't even feel comfortable selling them second hand to anyone even though they still have their tags on. Dont waste your money.

Clothing quality is not as good as advertised and there is issue with fitting/sizing. Made a return but they do not offer refunds but only store credit. Thus, I'm expected to purchase from them again (which I do not want due to the quality, sizing and fitting issue). Bad refund policy given it's an ecommerce business. Will not purchase from Showpo again once the store credit is utilised.

I contacted them in regards to a product and with in 10mins no word of a lie I got a response!! Great work!! I love shopping with you Guys it’s the best
