Clear explanation of what's causing the toilet block. Low oressure of flush and toilet paper build up in the sewage. Job done. Tested by the plumber while I observed and the water is running normal again.

The initial call was to check for severe leaks in two upstairs bathrooms. The plumber managed to find a flat and uneven pipe system, illegally installed due to former renovations. I booked Silverwater Plumbing back a week later, and in one day Silverwater Plumbing had fixed an entire plumbing system for both my bathrooms. The first plumber who did the initial service as well as the two plumbers who did the job were all polite and on point. knowing exactly what had to be done, they did the job with out any problems in a skilled and efficient manner.

The plumbers who attended were friendly, explained the issue and fixed as best as they could, given the landlords instructions.
They wore booties over their shoes while in the house and cleaned up after themselves.
I would use them again.

Hot water service had leaked and damaged the cupboard.
They are a Great team, good communication, quiet and clean, where easy to work with. I would be happy to use them again.

Although the plumber came after one hour after I made the emergency call, but he did very well, very professional and very helpful, also provided a lot of information about that.

Overall, I was very impressed. The assessment & quote process was prompt and efficient. All options explained well. Pricing was competitive. Solomon was at all times helpful and very professional. He did ‘what’ he said he would do, and ‘when’ he said he would do it. The job was completed to a high standard with a thorough clean up. I highly recommend these guys.

Charlie turned up at my place on time to quote for a plumbing job. He was professional and polite, and explained clearly what needs to be done to address the issue. He then quoted a price based on the Fair Trading Price Guide. Charlie also explained that his fee for quoting will be waived should I proceed with Silverwater Plumbing to do the job.
