Our journey with Simonds Homes from pre to handover went smoothly. Though our CRC keeps changing, our build process were not affected much. Regan would always inform us with all changes/ new information, etc., that will affect/improve the progress of the job. We also had a change in Site Supervisor in the middle of the build. When Grant took over as the site supervisor, it makes the whole waiting process more exciting as he will update us with minor and major improvements on the house. He was honest even on some minor defects that we cannot notice during our first house visit in which we are very impressed.

Overall, it is highly recommended to build with Simonds Home.

Our pre-build experience with Simonds has been very good. Sam from sales team was very accommodating and was able to incorporate all our changes to finally come up with a floor plan which we really liked. We then moved on to the tender and contract stage where we met Marcus who also helped us amend the layout and added our last minute changes, also at times giving us suggestions to improve the floor layout. Overall experience with Simonds so far has been excellent. I just hope this continues till we have our dream home ready. I will, during the course of the build post reviews here about mid and post construction phase.

When you are building a dream home for your family and if it’s your first home, never build through Simonds. We had worst experience and extremely uncooperative as being a public listed company. Some staff is nice and some only go by the books and inconsiderate for the cultural and community sentiments of their clients. Currently in Mid-Construction stage. Build started in November 2022 and on track.

Throughout the whole process, I have been updated by the sales coordinator (Alison Williams, now changed to Regan Dallis) and site supervisor (Donovan Flannery) on a regular basis.

Also getting the docs and gallery appointment had been taken very nicely by the team (Amy, Tanya and Louise) which I am very grateful with.

Very happy with their customer service quality and especially Donovan's effort to take the build quality beyond the standard. All the staffs are very professional and super nice.

So far everything is going well and smooth, I would like to recommend Simonds Homes to anyone.

I made right decision to choose Simonds homes for construction of my home in Sydney. Their sales team is best and they explains every aspect of process. I was super impressed by Milie's(Sales) skills to match customer requirements and the price she gave was not changed even after final approvals. The approval of plans and preconstruction took less than a month which is very fast . I am thankful to Simond's team at their office for smooth processing of my application. Pre Construction. We have had a great experience to date with everyone at Simonds. From our 1st time dealing with Sam Wong at Marsden Park who recommend the Eastwood design enabling me to secure a lot with this house build in mind. Brett Hiscock, Marcus Williams and Alison Williams have all been extremely helpful and provided great customer service throughout. They have provided thorough and clear communication. Brett Hiscock especially has gone out of his way to accomodate my multiple variation requests to design a customised house and facade that we can’t wait to see and move into. We look forward to the construction phase and looking forward to having an equally great experience with Simonds.

From the 1st moment i walked into Simonds Homes at Marsden Park display homes Sam Wong welcomed me and was nothing but helpful especially being a 1st time building. Then at the gallery at Baulkham Hills Eilana and Regan have been amazing, great communication cant fault my experience so far

Eliana from Gallery at Baulkham Hills went above and beyond for us. Eliana gave us all her time and left nothing out. This is our first build and we are building purely for rental purposes. Eliana gave us a lot of knowledge and information to help guide us in the right direction when it came to tenants. Always ready to help with all the questions and requests we had. Very professional and great at her work.

After an amazing job being done with the build during maintenance, It was quite good at he start and very timely. There were 2 issues that were outstanding with shower and chipped benchtop. It took a while for the issues to get focus but once had right attention they were remediated quickly to satisfaction.

Lauren Little from Gallery at Simonds Baulkham Hills looked after us very well. She gave us a really memorable experience. She was always ready to help with all the questions and requests we had and she knew what she was talking about when it came to interior designing.

We met [name removed] in the Norwest Simonds office and he was very friendly and professional in presenting us the tender and contract for building our new house. He was very calm and patient and helped us in deciding what will suit us best. He answered all our questions without having any issues and gave us enough time to go through each and every line items in the tender and contract. Very professional bloke and we are happy that we decided to build with Simonds.
