I have only given 4 stars as we haven’t started building as yet but our initial consultation with Sam was amazing.

After visiting multiple other builders Sam was flexible, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the house layout and what floor plans would work for us and was more than happy to work with us when other builders gave us their floor plans and it was a large issue to change anything, Sam immediately started cutting up plans to make our model house.

Sales - 5 stars, Wonderful customer service experience, patiently listens and then provides a valid solution and ideas to all the requirements for building the dream home.
Customer service and draft team are the next steps, thats where all the unexpected delays and frustrations happened with us.

I spent 3 months to pick up the right builder for my home. Every week Friday night I checked ieatwords and selected top ranking builders to visit on Saturday/Sunday. My home design had little bit customisation and everywhere without showing exact drawing I was told ‘your construction cost would be this amount and if you agree we can proceed’. Excellent and amazing service from my Building supervisor Jak Paric, very Passionate, prompt replys from him even after hours or before hours. My supervisor done a great job with few issues that I pick during construction stage. Even after key handover my supervisor is still giving prompt reply's every time I need to know something. Very well managed Overall very Good experience.

Simonds' made the entire process of home building so easy and effortless. We started with realistic expectations and were prepared for some turbulence along the way, but in the end we could not believe building a home could be so effortless. Honestly the hardest part of the whole process was selecting the fittings and finishes in the gallery. We did not have to deal with council or trades. What can I say, we also had some issues at the end with our bathroom but Peter and Blaine did a very good job with it. We are having our maintenance inspection right now and need a little touch up on a few things, everything is going very nice and smoothly. We are very happy with our new house. My contract presenter Lauren is very professional and attention to details as she pinpoint something that we have overlooked and suggest workable solutions.
