We had an amazing experience with Simonds homes right from the beginning. Milie (Sales representative) at Marsden Park was the best. She was really friendly and helped us a lot. Whatever changes we wanted in home design she did that for us. Even everyone at the head office were also very friendly.
We are still in initial phase of our building but I am sure it is going to be a smooth journey. Would highly recommend Simonds homes to everyone.

This is my 2nd time to build with SIMONDs and they have again delivered! They finished my single story house in record time of less than 4 months!

All staff were very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to Ly Wong, Sales Consultant who would go out of his way to always help. We called him up one Sunday afternoon to request to do a siting plan on a block of land we were planning to purchase. He instantly accommodated us and emailed the plans.

We started our build October last year and everything was going seeminginly okay in the first stage. Some workmanship errors were pointed out in the second stage, that were only rectified after having to chase up both supervisor and manager to address. Our back sliding door to the alfresco was put on back to front. I have been to several builders. Most builders are not flexible to customise plans. In May 2018, I went to Simonds display at Elara. Ly Wong was very helpful and explained well, a house plan to suit my block size. I was very impressed by Ly's knowledge. Following that Ly was extremely helpful to draw a draft plan of my house. Our house was completed end of June 2018 and recently having issues with the dishwasher, which needs to be taken out of its space and get repaired.
We are very happy with the Simonds whole teams' quick responses to our request 90 days post construction. It was dealt with on the same day by Alison Williams in the head office and handed over to Tailor Porter at the Maintenance team and the problem was solved by Wayne Collins at the property on the second day very satisfactorily. Building home is a stressful process which was made very comfortable by an exceptional team at Simonds who did their best all the time.
Due to specifics of the land dimensions i had very limited selections of plans available from reputable builders. I had shortlisted two builders (one of them being Simonds) and had initial meeting with both the Sales Consultant to select one of them. In the sales office Ly Wong was superb. He met us so many times and helped us with all the changes we wanted to make in the original plan. He is amazingly knowledgeable and provided a great service. He was never pushy and always thought in our best interest.
