Simonds were an excellent company to build with. Clear and concise communication throughout the journey. Build supervisor was extremely efficient and coordinated trades effortlessly.

The build is of a high quality which has been commented on by a number of trades I've had on site since handover. Would highly recommend using this company to my friends and family.

First time builder i am and couldn't of asked for anything better with Simonds. As a first time builder you are always sceptical about what builder to choose but i am very pleased with choosing Simonds Homes. Began with Matt who was fantastic during the planning stage, everyone i dealt with were helpful and understanding. Throughout the building process i had Steve as my supervisor and he was knowledgeable, responsive and proactive throughout the process. Excellent work ethic. Definitely impressed with the running and execution of the entire build process. Starting with consultation by Luke, through selections with Olivia and over to the product delivery by Steve, everything worked to perfection. Every person in the team understands your needs, gives you the right advise, while still letting you make your own decisions. Thorough communication and work execution under the able supervision of Steve D. Job delivered in just 3 months and Steve definitely deserves a pat on the back for this. What a Christmas surprise. Simonds handed over our new home in November 2015. On hand-over we raised several issues - one being the 2nd story having a very squeaky floor. Simonds have returned multiple times to fix the floor and the last 2 visits have told us they will need to return with CarpetCall to make the fix. We are still waiting. Prior to this they have tried to fix several times without success. It seems in the original build they didn't fasten the floor correctly and hence the current issue. CarpetCall will need to pull up the carpet so they can fix the original problem. I've requested an update from Simonds multiple times this year and are yet to hear back.

Our experience with Simonds Homes has been absolutely amazing. The build was quick and effortless on our behalf, with not much to worry about. Our supervisor, Steve Djorickovic as well as Amanda Wilson, were fantastic to work with, making our journey as smooth as possible and ensuring the quality of the build was not compromised in any way. We got our keys by mid November 2022, which was only a short 3.5 months since the build started. If considering to build, we would highly recommend Simonds as the best choice to go with.

The build process was faster than expected. Several issues in the build, like the water pipes knocking, they have to cut through the dry wall to put a fix. Drainage pipes were blocked full of construction debris. SA WATER have to dig through the driveway to fix. Was a bit disappointed because none of our friends who had their homes built encountered these problems.

The speed of construction is much quicker than expected, my house has done in 4 months, everything running smoothly and updating rapidly. But the personnel changes were too frequent. At the beginning, the salesperson and manager who received me left, and then changed the person in charge several times during the process. At the beginning, they responded very quickly, but after changing people several times, it often took a long time.

Steve Djurickovic is a trustworthy site supervisor, his response is very fast, the communication is smooth, and he helped me solve many problems. He is the only person I can contact now, and everyone else has left. It was a pleasant experience. Reasonable price and service.

From start to finish, the team at Simonds have been exceptional! A big thanks to Dallas, Olivia, Amanda and Steve who ensured the build process not only went to plan but came in ahead of schedule. The service we received was genuine and supportive and took the stress out of building a new home, we always knew the team had everything under control and moving along. We now have a quality home to be very proud of.

Highly recommend anyone considering building a new home to visit one of the display centres and speak to the team.

We have had a long journey so far after finance/valuation issues.

We started our journey back in February with Dallas at Blakeview.
He was a fantastic, honest and gave exceptional professional advice. Even returned calls on his days off.

We originally had Josh as our CRC - but changed to Amanda several weeks into the process.
Amanda has been patient and attentive to all of our questions and indecisiveness.

We are now due for site works to start this week and its been a big credit to Dallas, Amanda and the rest of the team to get us to this point.
We cannot thank them enough.

Steve Djurickovic is the best Construction Supervisor. Easy to approach and well communicated. He always kept us updated on the progress and well organized with contractors. He even took some time to help us communicate with the neighbor when there is misunderstanding on building on the boundary. Really appreciated his time and efforts to make the whole building journey so smooth.
