My build (investment) was managed very well and most times ahead of the schedule. Simonds team particularly Our site supervisor Mick did an excellent job in getting the house to a shape of our satisfaction. Customer relations was maintained to its highest standards. Stephannie was quiet receptive and managed the project well. Though I live in a different state, the team kept me informed about the progress regularly.

Well managed throughout, constant contact and communication between ourselves, our Simonds representative and our build supervisor. Quality of build was sound and any touch ups needed have been taken care of by the supervisor in good time. With regards to costing, it is disappointing Simonds don't offer completion of solid fuel heating however this is a minor factor.

We loved the look of your Simonds homes and could not wait to start building, unfortunately our land settlement did not occur for nearly another 12 months. Simonds; especially Sky was so helpful and patient, Simonds were ready to start building straight away and have began making our dreams and reality. Our home is currently getting built and can not wait to see the end product, everyone has done a great job I could not recommend Simonds enough. Great job guys.

We have had a few hiccups in regards to our build with Simonds but they have been sorted out by our CRC Geena who has helped to the best she could. She has been keeping on top of everything that has gone on and tried to get us the best outcome for every situation. Our land was delayed by a while which is a shame but we are a month away from commencing and everything has worked out. Operations managers have helped us out as well and have been extremely nice and helpful. Really appreciate all the hard work put it and the efforts they have gone to make this experience easier.

Our experience with Simonds so far has been excellent. Our build was started promptly, and is still progressing within the scheduled time frame. All of Simonds staff contact have been very professional, right through from initial contact at Simonds display village (Shepparton), to gallery consultants and then the VC Regional Office to our building inspector. A big shout out to Shannon at Regional Office for her continuing patience.

Being first home owners the whole experience is quite daunting but from the beginning Simonds were very helpful with answering our many questions and working within our budget. The girls at the gallery were so patient and helpful throughout the many choices we made. Every person we have had contact with has been super helpful and understanding of our limited knowledge of the whole experience.

From the moment I sat down with Brad at the Cowes display home, I knew I’d made the right choice in buying a Simonds home. No pushy sales pitches, Brad went above and beyond to make sure I had the home I wanted, within my budget. The staff at the Wonthaggi office were great to deal with, with a big thank you to my CRC, Rachael, who was always there to answer any questions or queries about the build process, and make this whole experience truly stress free and enjoyable. My builder, Nick, kept me updated with fortnightly emails, always available to answer any questions along the way. Nick and his team have built me a beautiful home, weeks ahead of schedule, and on budget. Many thanks.

Long story short, after a terrible experience an attempt to build our very first home with Simonds Homes and local HUME council over a year ago, we managed to put those nightmares to bed and starts over. Patrick was assigned to help us thru the first stage, he was nothing but a man with solutions to almost every issues with have. The bigger thing was, were advised we had to reduce our home by 50cm to comply with council regulation, but he managed to find a better solution to still comply with the regulation but not reducing our home. Patrick did a great job keeping us updated, which I value the most. Over all, if you're looking to build with Simonds in Melbourne metro North areas, look up for Patrick bolts as your sales consultant!

We are very happy with Simonds Home and we specially appreciate our site supervisor Jack's work on our house.Satisfied with overall construction work. Quality of the property is good and cost of the house is less than a estimated cost. Though this coronavirus panademic, we can get our house key within time.

Hello there, I am Alex. My experience with my colour consultant, Julie, is great. She is very patient and great knowledge and experience with products she is working with. She has given me a lot good suggestions on the products to upgrade. After hour communications by email were also been responded very soon. Also, she is helping to communicate with other departments in order to provide solid answers to reduce uncertainties. I have full confidence to suggest any other clients building with Simonds to consult with Julie about their colour selections.
