Simonds homes were choosen due to being cost effective and reputable in market. If in future I will built my next home, I’ll build through Simonds Homes as well. Thank You.

Simonds Homes have been very good during the build, would highly recommend... Cost didn’t vary that much at all which was grouse... Being my first build, I am very happy with the entire building process and communication between myself and Jackie. I’ve had a great experience throughout my first home being build with Justin! I haven't had any issues this whole time! If I noticed any little things on the house I would report to Justin and he would be straight onto it and make sure it was fixed & he would tell me once it was fixed! I highly recommend Justin as a site supervisor as he was very helpful, always happy & bubbly! Really easy to talk to & open to ask any questions! During conversations with friends and family I have highly recommended Simonds homes! I can not fault one thing! Thanks heaps to Justin for making my first home experience amazing! I’m so happy and can not wait to move into my new home!

We have had an excellent introduction to the Simonds process through Elizabeth in the Clyde north display house. She has been tremendously helpful with a really professional and very friendly manner. Nothing was a bother to her and she was endlessly patient with us as she was dealing with our many questions and changes. We have signed on and are hopeful that the same great service will continue through the whole process.

We’re so please with our new home, Kayla our CRC and Jamie our building supervisor have done an amazing job, we couldn’t be more please with the final build.

Choosing Simonds as my builder was the best decision I made. They were upfront, knowledgeable, honest and that’s all you can ask for. Some others can sell you a dream but once you look get further into the process that’s when everything falls apart. Thank you to Suhani from Westbrook and everyone in the office at point cook for doing such a great job. Cannot wait to start building soon!

My build was fantastic, the build run smoothly and it was easy to communicate with Taylor Schack who was knowledgeable and easy to contact. I discussed the floor plans with Jamie and the colour scheme with Tara and contact signing was pleasent. It's was explained well and the process was simple. The workman ship in the build was excellent and any issues or question my site supervisor Justin Bersey fixed or explained promptly, Justin was extremely organised and had all the trades working together at an exciting pace. The final cost was under what was expected, very pleased I chose Simonds

Justin was our supervisor great at communication he was willing to help in anyway. He checked trades and let us know what they were upto.

Built with the Traralgon team, Aaron Wilson the sales rep was fantastic, more then happy to help and made my decision easy! Taylor Schack was my CRC, also made the process easy and straight forward, nothing was a problem, my site supervisor was Justin Bersey and he was great throughout the build, any problems or queries i had were acted on immediately he was very well organised and the whole build flowed great. A very well priced product, finished to a high standard. Extremely happy with my home and the service throughout my time building with Simonds.

We had a great 1st experience building our new home from start to finish. Jamie Power our sales consultant was excellent assisting us with finding the perfect block and initial contacts, Taylor Schack kept us in the loop at all time pre build as well as during and our site supervisor Justin Bersey has been fantastic throughout the build- all were able to answer any questions along the way and went above and beyond if we needed assistance with anything. The process was smooth and very professional. We are so excited to now move into our new home and have Jamie, Taylor and Justin to thanks for all their efforts! I would definitely recommend this Simonds team to anyone looking to build :)
