Our experience with Simonds so far has been excellent. Our build was started promptly, and is still progressing within the scheduled time frame. All of Simonds staff contact have been very professional, right through from initial contact at Simonds display village (Shepparton), to gallery consultants and then the VC Regional Office to our building inspector. A big shout out to Shannon at Regional Office for her continuing patience.

Being first home owners the whole experience is quite daunting but from the beginning Simonds were very helpful with answering our many questions and working within our budget. The girls at the gallery were so patient and helpful throughout the many choices we made. Every person we have had contact with has been super helpful and understanding of our limited knowledge of the whole experience.

From the moment I sat down with Brad at the Cowes display home, I knew I’d made the right choice in buying a Simonds home. No pushy sales pitches, Brad went above and beyond to make sure I had the home I wanted, within my budget. The staff at the Wonthaggi office were great to deal with, with a big thank you to my CRC, Rachael, who was always there to answer any questions or queries about the build process, and make this whole experience truly stress free and enjoyable. My builder, Nick, kept me updated with fortnightly emails, always available to answer any questions along the way. Nick and his team have built me a beautiful home, weeks ahead of schedule, and on budget. Many thanks.

Long story short, after a terrible experience an attempt to build our very first home with Simonds Homes and local HUME council over a year ago, we managed to put those nightmares to bed and starts over. Patrick was assigned to help us thru the first stage, he was nothing but a man with solutions to almost every issues with have. The bigger thing was, were advised we had to reduce our home by 50cm to comply with council regulation, but he managed to find a better solution to still comply with the regulation but not reducing our home. Patrick did a great job keeping us updated, which I value the most. Over all, if you're looking to build with Simonds in Melbourne metro North areas, look up for Patrick bolts as your sales consultant!

The house is built in a very good quality. The price is so affordable. It was managed by excellent coordinator and builder. They are well organised and very experienced team. They managed to help me how to change the house orientation as the water metre was put in the middle by Gippsland water.

Lauren, Nelly, May & Jess were fantastic to deal with and very helpful and accommodating. Nelly was extremely helpful and her ideas and guidance were very welcome. Lauren guided the whole process very professionally and kept us up to date in a timely manner. We thank them all for a smooth gallery process!

We dealt with Jo Mathers at Simonds Homes display at the Coomera Foreshore Display. Jo was fantastic as this was the first home we were going to build as an investment. Jo not only was patience in going through things slowly, explaining in detail the best options for the Build. We must have called Jo 20 times to confirm, discuss and more questions and she was only happy to make time.

Cayde, the site foreman was great in providing feedback and keeping me informed.

We are very happy with Simonds Home and we specially appreciate our site supervisor Jack's work on our house.Satisfied with overall construction work. Quality of the property is good and cost of the house is less than a estimated cost. Though this coronavirus panademic, we can get our house key within time.

Currently in Mid-Construction stage. Build started in November 2022 and on track.

Throughout the whole process, I have been updated by the sales coordinator (Alison Williams, now changed to Regan Dallis) and site supervisor (Donovan Flannery) on a regular basis.

Also getting the docs and gallery appointment had been taken very nicely by the team (Amy, Tanya and Louise) which I am very grateful with.

Very happy with their customer service quality and especially Donovan's effort to take the build quality beyond the standard. All the staffs are very professional and super nice.

So far everything is going well and smooth, I would like to recommend Simonds Homes to anyone.

Hello there, I am Alex. My experience with my colour consultant, Julie, is great. She is very patient and great knowledge and experience with products she is working with. She has given me a lot good suggestions on the products to upgrade. After hour communications by email were also been responded very soon. Also, she is helping to communicate with other departments in order to provide solid answers to reduce uncertainties. I have full confidence to suggest any other clients building with Simonds to consult with Julie about their colour selections.
