I'd ring Electrolux and the store that you bought it from and get them to come out and have a look at it if it's still under warranty. I posted a review last week about the problems I had with mine. Can't seem to find it now!

No I don’t have a photo of the split hose you won’t be able to repair it yourself Electrolux exchanged my machine for a new one if the washer is still under warranty they have to repair or replace your machine as I live in a remote area they replaced mine I’m hoping this machine doesn’t have the same fault.

Phone the electrical supplier where you purchased it from or call Simpson on 1300363640. If it's still under warranty they'll fix it immediately.

Hi Gloria, fabric softener won't be distributed in your wash if you use Eco Rinse or Fast Rinse.
Have you referred to page 20 of the User Manual ? The "do'sand don'ts" of adding Fabric Conditioner
If you still can't get it to work, give Electrolux a call, the Customer Service there is first class.

I've only had mine for a couple of weeks so can't help you. If you contact Kelvinator or where you purchased it I'm sure you'll get help. I got mine from the Good Guys Caseldine Brisbane and they have always been very helpful on the very few occasions I've had with other products I've had trouble with.

This happened to me one time when I chose the rinse and spin cycle. The softener was not used. No problems with the favourite or normal wash

I am having the exact same problem. Fabric softener is not siphoning even though I am following the very basic instructions in the manual.

I have the same problem. Fabric softener worked fine. Then stopped working at all. Softener tray still full at the end of the wash. It's annoying the hell out if me! It's only 4 months old.

Ring the manufacture, might have the smart person working that day, usually a ex service mechanic, you could get lucky.

Hi Helen, I'd ring the company I purchased from or contact the manufacturer direct. It doesn't happen to my clothes though. I run most of mine thru my favourites setting of full wash, cold water, deep rinse & fast spin. I use Dynamo or Cold Power liquid, never powder. I get them out as soon as the wash has inished & hang them out on the line, no drier. I'm wondering if you're popping too many things in the load with the cardigans? That could maybe cause it. If anything this machine has lessened my ironing considerably. I'm really happy with it & sorry about your issue.

There is no soak option, No machine I've ever had has. I usually soak in a bucket first then use the machine

I would turn on the machine let it fill up with water, then turn off for a little while. then turn back on to your desired program or spin drain if you want to get rid of the water

Yes - hoover is the best out of the cheaper brands
As for the grinding noise in your current simpson washing machine -:can you please explain roughly where the sound is coming from otherwise you may have to get a Simpsons washing machine repairs technician to have a look at the washing machine
