Yes, our vitamins formula Extra Strength tablets, include high potency Vitamin B5 to control, regulate and normalise skin oil production. We suggest that you start with the recommended dosage of 2 tablets, twice daily after a meal for 1-2 months, once you think your skin is under control including oiliness, then you can gradually reduce to the daily dosage to 1-2 tablets daily supplementation to maintain your skin oil balance and prevent acne breakouts and blackheads.

Regarding headaches, not something we generally experience. But you can try to stop for a couple of days and and start again and see, because ultimately we are all different and our body responds to supplements differently.

With vitamin B5 and other Bs, they are mood and energy boosters so some people may find it too energising if taking our vitamins just before bed. We would suggest that you take our vitamins during the day instead.

Our vitamins formulation are designed for 12 years of age and above. Our skincare products are suitable for all ages.

Since your daughter is 14, and sometimes younger people respond well to our vitamins even at a lower dosage, I would suggest that she tries one tablet a day for a week see how she goes before increasing the dosage. Make sure she takes the tablet after a meal. Our vitamin tablets can be broken into 2 small halves as well, if she makes her own smoothies in a blender, if she prefers she can throw the tablet straight into the blender with other smoothie ingredients and blend it up.

In addition to Mina's advice, we recommend that after using our cleanser (non-drying) and moisturiser (soothes and heals), if your skin has a tendency to dry out, then you can press onto skin 2 drops of good quality skin oil after you applied our moisturiser. The oil acts to prevent the hydration from our moisturiser escaping. Best way to apply the skin oil is to rub the oil between palms to activate it, then simply press onto your skin.

If you think you are pregnant, best to stop all supplements including skinB5 vitamins, unless your doctor allows these supplements while you are pregnant.

Since you have only been taking skinB5 for 2 weeks, even if longer, there is not much to worry about since most vitamins in our formula are water soluble and the vitamin A in our formula is in line with Recommended Daily Dosage for general supplementation.

Our general advise is that if you are pregnant, don take any supplements unless recommended by your doctor.

We have not had similar feedback from any of our customers - most customers report an improvement to their energy levels due the ample Vitamin B5.

The amount of Vitamin A in each of our Extra Strength vitamin tablet is 175mcg RE, and at 4 tablets a day it is 700mcg RE. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) levels for adults have been established: men 14 years and older, 900 mcg/day (3000 IU); women 14 years and older, 700 mcg/day (2300 IU).

Some customers, not all, experience a purging process once commencing skinB5 vitamins as their body goes through this process, which would eventually subside and clear up. The skin needs time to decongest and turnover. To assist with clearing this congestion, we suggest using the mask more frequently than once a week. Our mask will draw out impurities, while soothing the skin and reducing inflammation.

Glad to hear that your skin is starting to look better, it will only become clearer and healthier over time if you continue to take the skinB5 vitamins and use our non-drying, balancing skincare products.

Our Next Generation Extra Strength vitamin tablets work from within to normalise skin oil production all over the body, it should not cause dryness in specific areas of your skin - you should find that after stopping the epiduo cream skin dryness will improve.

If you are taking our new Next Generation Extra Strength vitamins, you do not need to take our previous Caplets, because this is now combined into the Next Generation Extra Strength formulation. Once your skin is clear, you can start reducing dosage to 1 tablet, twice daily.

If you are prone to dry skin, we recommend that you apply a couple of drops of high quality non-comedogenic skin oil straight after applying the skinB5 moisturiser to lock in the hydration.

Also, you can try just washing your face with water and skip the cleanser in the morning if you already cleansed your face well before bed - your face will not get dirty while sleeping so you don't really need a thorough cleanse in the morning.
