Very pleased with their pre-sales and installation service
I like the flexible plan they have offered based on my budget (I am dealing with Daniel Kim, he is a great and knowledgable solar expert). The waiting for distribution's approval took a fair bit of time (around 2 weeks) but the installation is quick and solid. The electrician team (Duan) came over to install my solar are very polite and very receptive to my suggestion as to where the inverter and panel should be installed. can-do attitude! Despite a little hiccup during the meter change request with my electricity service provider (Origin), I have still very happy with the instant response from SEA whenever i am asking for post-sales assistance either via phone or email. All in all, I am very pleased that I picked SEA as my solar vendor. My solar package - 20 x Seraphim 3.15 + Fronius Primo 5 (include smart meter monitoring) - costed $6000 in total after rebate (Dec 2022).

The best decision I ever made.
After many months of research I came to the conclusion that Smart energy answers was the company to go with.
From the begging meting with one of there consultants [ Ali Beydoun ] every thing was explained to detail
if I was not sure of something he would explain it again.
I have had fitted 9.36 kw system with back battery. 27 LG Star Performer panels. LG 9.8kw battery.
and 2x 5kw Solar Edge inverters.
The whole experience from start to finish was completed with absolutely no worries.

Excellent.
I found the whole area of solar panels daunting!- what would be the best solution for me? Everything was explained - I still took my time but finally decided to go ahead with SEA. I am so very happy with this decision. The installation went ahead without a hitch and now I love looking at the app to see how much energy I am producing.

Installation assistance
A daunting level of technical information to swim through for anyone trying to navigate through getting solar panels, including which company to trust. This company had excellent pre-sales communication. The Installers left before I returned from work but I did eventually get assistance in setting up the emberpulse monitor from Ember Pulse directly, thanks Lana and numerous follow up calls from Sam at Smart Energy Answers. Both were polite, helpful and informative with lots of offers to contact them both personally which was very reassuring.

I had 15 x LG 350 panels and the Solaredge inverter with optimisers installed in Eastern suburbs Victoria. I cannot recommend SEA highly enough for their responsiveness to queries, professional services and a hassle-free, expedient process for solar installation. Fantastic service and advice
I approached the purchase of solar panels with trepidation, but my experience of dealing with SEA was amazing from start to finish. I got great advice re system size and positioning. Everything went exactly as planned and everything was communicated well, so I knew what to expect the whole way. On the day of installation, the technicians were friendly and consultative the whole way. They had to split installation across 2 buildings, but managed to make a tricky installation very neat. Really impressed...

Quality service and result all through.
Great outcome. Open honest discussion and planning from the first contact to final installation. It seems quality product and outcome is priority. Our site is tricky with shade etc but it was carefully evaluated using satellite imagery and likely performance clearly spelt out. Installation workmanship faultless. Communication and follow up has been timely, helpful and effective, right down to organising metering with our power provider. We have not had to do anything other than provide authorisation.

Great service
They take their time to explain their recommendation to what size and system suits us and most importantly not make you feel like a fool when asking questions. There was no wait time between agreeing to the actual installation. The installation was fast and efficient. We are very happy. Highly recommend.

very happy with the service
I had a problem with our 10-year-old system and got a quote to remove and install a new larger system. Sam came and gave me some great advice as well as a competitive quote. I wanted a quality system, but the installation was also very important to me. The installation team were terrific and have done a great job. I am enjoying the free power as well as earning the money for the energy I am selling to the grid.

Enjoying the solar energy
The good service started with the sales person who took the time to explain how the system works and how to get the best out of it. The installation was done efficiently and neatly, and the installers were a pleasure to have around. I'm still waiting for the paperwork to arrange for the meter to be installed, after two weeks, which is frustrating. Other than that, I can't recommend Smart Energy Answers highly enough.

Less than a week from payment to the installed solar on my roof!
First met with their sale representative at home together checked my roof access, talked about available options pros and cons. got couple quotes, signed contract and paid. Next day got a call that they can install it on the following Monday (it was Friday). On Monday installers came about 7:30, confirmed with me the inventor placement and around 15 everything was done and I started saving money on electricity :)
Would really recommend them - very professional and very pleasant experience to work with them.
