This incentive is offered to reviewers who have written either a positive or negative review. Reviews below may have received this incentive. Previous incentives included a $50 Coles Myer gift card from July 18th 2018, until the 7th of January, 2022. Other incentives included, a $100 Coles Myer Gift Card for reviews posted from January 8th until May 31st 2022. Lastly, June 1st, 2022 until March 11th, 2020 a $50 Coles Myer Gift Card.

Quality of entire build is above excellent
Zero hidden costs - in fact we received a refund at the end - and build was quicker than we anticipated

In good hands, First time building a home!
What can I say from the moment we met our amazing sales consultant Claire Oakes at a smart homes display home, we knew she was the one to look after us in helping design our home. Knowing that Claire had herself built with smart homes and been with the company since they became Smart homes, gave my husband and I confidence we were in the right hands.

Can't Wait To Move In

Trouble Free Building Experience
Since the start of the application to the end of the build we have had nothing but great results in timely manor from Smart Homes. They catered to my needs being a time sensitive build and finished on time with quality workmanship. Planning the house was made easy and being able to alter the build to suit our individualism was a great experience, the team at Smart Homes weren't afraid to throw ideas in when they felt necessary.

Problem Free Experience Throughout
Having built a new home before we had a good point of reference, not to say our previous experience was bad.
From initial contact at the display home and viewing plans to advice on aspects of the block the sales staff at Smart Homes Busselton really listened to our ideas and helped achieve our goals, even assisted by liaising with Financiers, real-estate & settlement agents.

I could not have asked for a better build experience!
I selected Smart Homes to build my first homeand I could not have had a better experience. All the staff I had contact with were very supportive, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable and honest. I was given plenty of advice, especially at pre-start which was very helpful and actually saved me thousands of dollars and created some great features in my house that suited my needs exactly. My pre-start consultant took the time to understand the style I was looking for in my house and was patient with me throughout the process of selecting a...Read more
ll the options for the house, and also gave me some great ideas. I also enjoyed the pre-start meeting experience because everything was in the one place, I did not have to travel from store to store looking at options. During the build my supervisor and client liason kept me up to date regularly about the build progress and responded quickly, often on the same day, to all my emails and questions. All the finishes on the house were as expected (excellent quality through out) and delays (which are inevitable given that a build requires multiple trades people who work to different schedules) were minimal. There were never any hidden costs or unpleasant suprises; I knew about all the costs (i.e. making changes after pre-start) and did not feel rushed into making any decisions or signing anything. I would definately build with this company again.1 comment
