From March the 12th, 2020, Smart Homes For Living is offering each reviewer a $25 Coles Myer Gift Card for taking the time to write a review. This incentive is offered to reviewers who have written either a positive or negative review. Reviews below may have received this incentive. Previous incentives included a $50 Coles Myer gift card from July 18th 2018, until the 7th of January, 2022. Other incentives included, a $100 Coles Myer Gift Card for reviews posted from January 8th until May 31st 2022. Lastly, June 1st, 2022 until March 11th, 2020 a $50 Coles Myer Gift Card.

Great service
I Have been extremely happy with smart homes Sunny and Leanne have been amazing .
From the prelimanery consultation and design, and any other queries I have had along the way, it is my 4th build but the 1st with Smart Homes and has definitely been one of the smoothest and easiest,I love that Smart Homes supports so many sporting clubs in the Margaret River community, I would definitely recommend them !

We are so excited and can't wait to move in!
My partner and I looked at many project homes to find the perfect floor plan and size. Smarthomes had just what we wanted to suit our growing family. The sales consultant Claire Oakes was really easy to deal with, helping us find the right piece of land and answering the endless questions that we had. The quality of the build and the level of spec is above our expectations and has been a pleasurable experience to see it all come together so quickly. We can't wait to move in!

I cant speak highly enough of the recent build with smart.We built in the south west,therefore dealing with the bunbury office.Claire our sales rep,the office staff & Troy the onsite supervisor were absolutely fantastic.It is quite obvious that they take great pride in their work,and it reflects in the final product. This is our 3rd build with smart,i cant imagine building with anyone else.As I say, i cant speak highly enough of the recent service we received
