Quick, easy and painless
Staff were extremely professional and courteous. Jo walked me through the process and happily answered any questions. The 3D scan was so simple and easy. Tayla checked my scans before I left the appointment just to check they had everything, and that is great quality control.

Where is my refund
I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks now. I was given 10 days for it to be done and still nothing after that. It might work for others but if they make mistakes on your Invisalign three times and you end up wanting your money back then your pretty much chasing your own money. $500 is a lot of money to be waiting for and I hope you guys know what you’re doing you get this sorted

Simple and a breeze

First consult was quick and easy.
Angelina was my consultant and she was amazing. I would like to thank Angelina for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed as soon as i walked through the door.
she explained everything very well and created a really comfortable environment throughout my 30min appointment.
It's hard to find great service like I received from the girls at Smile Direct, will highly recommend.

Affordable and simple
Went in for a consultation today and was so happy with the information I received. Yusra explained everything I needed to know and she was super nice. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Can not wait to start my journey with smile direct and have a new smile.

Initial consultation and 3D scan were great!

Great out come
It only took six months and I have the best smile. Only downside is I couldn't claim the cost through my health fund extras. They don't recognise smile direct. This was not made clear at the first appointment.

Excellent friendly welcoming
Simone And Emma were lovely, looking forward to my new and affordable smile! They were very professional and told me everything happening and the steps they would take towards the end result. Would highly recommend this location and staff if you’re looking for a new smile. I haven’t seen the end result yet as this is my initial consultation but with a 96% success rate I’m pretty confident

Didn’t know how to use machine
Staff were friendly but had no clue on how to use the 3D scan machine properly. I felt like a test dummy while multiple people kept coming and leaving the room.

I went for a Scan and really great service overall with SmileGuide Nhidi, but waiting to test out product when it arrives in 4 - 5 weeks as it has not arrived.

Better Teeth
I have to admit that I was a thumb sucker for a large part of my childhood. The result was a crooked set of top teeth, particularly the front 4. At 58, it got to the stage where two of my teeth were pushing back the tooth in between them. The overlap was THAT bad. I had already investigated using Invisalign but the cost was high. the whole process. The end result was significantly straighter teeth. Any residual gaps are due to my thumb pushing the teeth up. These gaps are tiny. My top and bottom teeth, plus my jaw, now align quite well. A massive improvement! After my last aligner, there was still a small concern regarding my front two teeth (top). The newly acquired retainer has helped with this and will keep my teeth aligned. So, do I recommend Smile Direct? Yes, they fixed my crooked smile and I am sure that they will fix yours too. Wonderful experience

Went in today to get my 3D scan and I was greeted by a lovely staff, Melanie was the one that did my scan and she was awesome explained every step of the process and how everything works, highly recommended if anyone was thinking of going with them.

We have two pricing options available that are the same for any customer's treatment. If a customer is eligible for treatment on both arches, they'll pay this amount.
So does this mean there is a different price for only one arch if needed?

We're already up to 60% less than other teeth straightening treatments, which is why all customers pay the same price regardless of their treatment plans. The same amount of care goes into creating the plan, having it reviewed and approved, and creating, shipping, and fulfilling all aligner orders.
