Where is my refund

I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks now. I was given 10 days for it to be done and still nothing after that. It might work for others but if they make mistakes on your Invisalign three times and you end up wanting your money back then your pretty much chasing your own money. $500 is a lot of money to be waiting for and I hope you guys know what you’re doing you get this sorted

It only took six months and I have the best smile. Only downside is I couldn't claim the cost through my health fund extras. They don't recognise smile direct. This was not made clear at the first appointment.

Simone And Emma were lovely, looking forward to my new and affordable smile! They were very professional and told me everything happening and the steps they would take towards the end result. Would highly recommend this location and staff if you’re looking for a new smile.
