Is here bread making demo/ YouTube for the Intelli machine?

Just bought my Intelli machine and would like Tom have a bit Moreno information about the bread making process. I am following one of the enclosed recipes and find the instructions sadly lacking. It says how to activate the Knead function but doesn’t say for how long it should go or anything else. The machine seemed to jump around and leap to speed 4! Help appreciated as I can’t tell if it is faulty or if this is the way it’s supposedly to work. Thanks.

I see the rubber o ring under blade, inside the bowl sitting on the base. This mean the substantial rubber o ring is in contact with the food we cook at high temperature. Thus Is the food cooked safe for us to eat? If yes, why?

My old Thermochef allowed me to heat on speed 0 but my new smith and nobel won’t go until I put a speed in. Just want to boil potatoes etc without them getting smushed!

My smith and Noble intelli kitchen master with scales keeps shutting off. I was mixing eggs for pavlovas and it cut out and won't restart. There are no error codes showing on the screen just resets back to all 0000's and won't start. Any ideas on how this can be fixed? I have only used it 5 times and I am feeling frustrated.,
