Elkin and his team at snooze castle hill did an absolutely fantastic job of fitting my wife and I for a mattress I couldn't be happier with the service received and the overall product. Would highly recommend Snooze castle hill for anyone looking for an upgrade to their mattress. The mattress we purchased is perfect for us, and we've never had a better nights sleep.

Having seen what we liked at other Snooze stores during our search for bedroom furniture, we finally decided to place our order through the Castle Hill store who were very helpful and assisted with the pricing.
The store also assisted with the delayed delivery and the furniture arrived at the designated time and the delivery guys were extremely helpful in placing the items in the desired bedrooms.
The assembly was relatively easy although you certainly need to make some parts of it a "two-man job".
We are thrilled with the end result and are certainly happy to have selected Snooze for our purchase.

Very satisfied with our purchases for the second time. Great quality of goods and service. Easy to work out bed displays, accommodating and patient staff. We have bought 6 beds in the last year for two different residences and our experience each time has been terrific.

Very helpful staff in the store. We purchased a mattress, bed frame and pillows for our new place. Everything was ready as per the estimated readiness date and the delivery was quick and pain free. Because it was a new place there was no previous bed to remove and the deliver staff installed it quickly.

We purchased a bedroom suite online which was processed by the castle hill store. Went to the physical store to choose a mattress- all up about $8500. Store then didn’t deliver on time, had to call an emergency driver when I insisted they have it come the day they had committed to (which I had checked on 3 times). They solved it in the end but it wasn’t a great service experience. My daughter loves her new bed and furntiure and is very happy with the results.

Great service in store and reliable delivery . Would highly recommend the store, furniture is modern and we'll priced. Will definitely go back there when we need new a mattres or bedroom furniture.

I bought two kids beds and a mattress. Sales man gave us good discount for the package, so we're happy with the price.
Delivered in 9 days, guys carried it upstairs. Handled boxes carefully.
Assembled beds myself. Not hard but took 2.5 hours each bed. And definitely need electric screwdriver.

Excellent customer service and timely delivery of beautiful beds. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable about his products and was able to effectively address what we needed in our two beds. Lovely delivery guys that quickly assembled our Venus beds. Two very happy teenagers.

The shopping was easy in Castlehill as the parking was easy too. The staffs were very helpful and passionate. The contract was easily managed and the bed been transferred exactly at the designated day. The bed itself is amazing. Comfortable and high quality.
There was a lil issue with the delivery company personnel that I informed the store manager about and he followed it up very respectfuly.
I recommend Snooze to anyone who wants a fantastic sleep!

The in store service was good. They delivered before the expected time and kept me informed along the way. Delivery was made with no problems and once again kept me informed right up to delivery

Customer service instore was great. Adleen was very helpful and gave useful advice for my purchase. My delivery time was between 10am to 1pm but didn’t arrive till 3pm! Delivery time disappointing.

Very disappointed with the customer service & will spread the words to warn others before they step in the store . We contacted the store manager about a refund for a slumberland mattress which had a strong smell since day 1, we tried everything to air it but didn't work & looked online it's actually a known issue ! The manager refused the refund & from the sound of his voice he couldn't care less about it & was absolutely rude. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have now contacted the head office & fair trading.
