The staff gave us all information about the difference among firmer mattresses - what we wanted; and gave us total space for feeling the comfort of each mattress we were interested! I would say they are experts in customer service!

Bought a sleepmaker mattress and ensemble from [name removed] in Snooze Homebush but 3 legs were missing when it arrived. Requested delivery of the 3 legs on 1 May 2017. [name removed] from Wetherill Snooze Warehouse promised to deliver but never did. Been sending emails but no replies. Very disappointed with the after sale service.

Have been looking for a mattress for a while but not sure what to get. Went into the Sydney Homebush store to have a look.

The manager Louis, is extremely professional, patient and very informed. Best customer centered store manager I have ever met. I had queries even after the sale and Louis continued to answer my queries and accommodated my requests.
I love my mattress!!! - bought the Madison Times Square and enjoyed very restful sleep. It has worked very well for me.

Walked into the store to waste time walked out with a 8000 mattress that i didnt even need the service was the best i have ever received very patient and very knowledgeable. The homebush store has horrible product knowledge and customer service. I was sold a product, upon being given the wrong product advice. It caused me alot of problems. When I called to complain they said sorry we don't refund. Why would we go to an apparent bedding and pillow specialist store when they cant offer proper advice? Never again!!
