I phoned Marita for advice on a doona, and because of social distancing restrictions I didn't want to go into the store. She answered all my questions, and I was able to pay over the phone and collect asap. Wonderful experience.

We were really impressed with the range and options compared with other stores. Sandra was very inviting, we weren't initially look to buy a bed that day, but after going through the process of finding the right mattress we were really impressed and the offer was too good to refuse. As the options we chose were custom and had to be made to order, there was a few weeks wait, however it arrived sooner than expected and they had remembered we would not be able to pick it up until a few weeks later and had offered to store for us. Pickup was by appointment, but the time suited our needs. Assembly of the bed was very straight forward.
Overall very impressed with the entire experience.

We purchased a mattress from store. The one we laid on was not the one that was ordered (the sales assistant wrote the incorrect mattress down). We didn't realise until after we got it home. It was the softest one which we would never have chosen. The store gladly allowed us to swap it BUT unknown to us, this then counted as our one swap over, so then when we did get the correct one home and it wasn't suitable, we were not allowed to swap it. We gave it plenty of time and rotated it as well. We spent way over our budget in order to get a good quality product but we can't even sleep on it as it gives us very bad backs and necks. It is also extremely hot to lay in and we wake up in a pool of sweat even with the air-conditioner turned up high.

Rahul greeted my family and I with a warm smile and listened intently to our needs. I felt that the entire time we were listened to and our needs were met. Rahul even knew we needed a mattresses on the day and went out of his way to organize a mattress we wanted. Thank you for your phenomenal customer service and it was a wonder experience shopping at snooze. I would highly recommend.

Good friendly service, got what I was looking for at a good price, plenty of options and not a pushy sales approach which makes a big difference in my opinion

We were going to shop around but from the moment we walked into the store the service was great. Not at all pushy and informative so we were happy to purchase from there. I was expecting a wait time for delivery around 6 weeks but it was 6 days. Great service all around. Thank you.

I bough the chelsea mattress from Damian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the confidence in the product. My first night sleeping on my new mattress was great! Absolutely love my mattress. Would highly recommend

Purchased a whole house of beds from Armadale store, this was the best decision ever. Great service and knowledge of products. They even delivered personally my bedding along with a bottle of red!

Very helpful and friendly staff who genuinely wanted to help me. They have a wide range of beds and heaps of choices. I was so confused to begin with but was confident in my final choice. The delivery service was excellent also. They were very efficient in putting my bed together and very reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend.

ok, so I admit I haven't recieved my mattress yet - However, I felt a strong need to give a review today on the WA O'Connors store. I've just left (probably 2 hours ago) and my god - the owner and beautiful floor member Aman are not only genuine lovely people with such warmth about them but exceptionally informative and knowledgeable. They gave me heaps of time!! (very patient lol), and honestly want the best end result for the customer - not for themselves! It was an absolute pleasure coming into the store today. Was shown a range of products that were available and that fit within price range. Easy to find a mattress with the help of David. The delivery was very quick, extremely happy with the service.

The sales man named Yogi was exceptional the service was second to none the product range was vast and we found exactly what we wanted. The product quality is oitstanding. We had it delivered and installed in a matter of days.
