Terrible handling of disputes
Rang up the local store before placing an order online. Wanted clarification on inclusions of an extended headboard frame. Asked the storeperson if side tables were attached to headboard or needed to be purchased separately. Then after being assured that they were in fact attached, purchased the product online. The store now denies ever making that statement, despite phone records showing a call placed to the store monitors before online purchase was made. [Name Removed] has been exceptionally rude and passive to deal with. Buyers beware, get everything in writing when dealing with this store.

Wish we didn't leave it so long to purchase a new bed at such affordable prices
We purchased our bed a year ago and absolutely love it. Our only regret is that we didn't purchase it earlier. The regular store sales make a new bed extremely affordable (we went a mid to high range price) and the staff and service in store was excellent. They even had a bed that tests your height and weight and sleep position to recommend a mattress most suitable to you. Highly recommended.

Worst purchase!!!
We bought a mattress after having the perfect match computer tell us what mattress to buy down from $4,000 to $2,500. We have had it for about 3 - 4 weeks now (time to get used to it - as the store says) worst sleep ever waking up with sore back and my partner gets up numerous times to stretch as aching all over just to go back to sleep!!! We spent $6000 at snooze on two beds, because we want a comfortable king bed and we need a bed with storage for my daughter. We bought the Tango King bed with the Sleep to Live 400 series mattress, and the Bilby bed and mattress. So far so good. Our mattress which is zoned, was very comfortable. I would probably shop at snooze again as long as the after sales service remains good.
