Great deal, friendly customer service & efficient delivery
Very pleased with our two new ensembles with headboards that we purchased from Mile End. Mattresses included for free :-) Friendly customer service and ON TIME delivery. My only criticism would be maybe less plastic in the packaging? I know it's there to protect our lovely soft mattresses, but there was an awful lot of plastic wrapping that maybe could be reduced or replaced somehow.

Tony was great to deal with.

Mary Ann is a pleasure to speak with!
My wife and I walked into Snooze at Mile End in search of a mattress. We met Mary Ann and she was very helpful and explained the different styles of mattresses. We did a mattress test according to our bodies and were shown different mattresses according to our liking. She offered great advice and service. I would highly recommend the store for friendly customer service and in particular to Mary Ann. Thank you!!

Amazing service and amazing deal!
The staff at Snooze Mile End were amazing and helped us gain an incredible deal on a king bed mattress, king bed frame and mattress protector. We were provided with excellent feedback and service for the staff to help us select the most suitable mattress for our sleeping preferences and buying a king size mattress for the price of a single was an absolute no brainer!

Very disappointed
Ordered a bed and mattress from snooze mile end and was told it was in stock and would be 2 weeks away. Rang at the two week mark and asked when it would be delivered. Was told it would have to be made and would be 6 weeks, decided not to cancel cause 6 weeks was annoying but not to bad. 6 weeks came and I had to ring them again still no bed and was told it would be another 4 weeks if I knew this from the start I would have never bought it. s told it would be another 2 weeks away. Finally after 3 1/2 months I got my bed. The most annoying part is that they didn't have the decency to call me once and I had to call them every time. A business can't keep blaming their suppliers, a business should have good practices and processes in place to prevent this from happening especially in today's competitive market. Their customer service was shocking to say the least and I would never recommend purchasing a bed from them.1 comment
