Was told they offer great customer service after reading poor reviews.
They also said poor reviews were written by competitors. Took my money and never booked anything in for 3 months. Never returned calls and emails. Didn’t want to give my money back.

We couldn't be happier with the services provided and the final result of our 8.4 KW Longi 350 panel installation with Fronius Invertor as you can see in the pics attached. Solar Power Nation team were honest, accommodating and very easy to work with. They provided in depth detail of all work to be done and finished it on time. Their attention to detail was perfect. Its hard to finalize who to select for doing the job and I am happy to say that right from the beginning to the end I did not feel at all that I made a wrong choice. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Frustration
I first paid deposit for my solar in December 2022, only have the solar installed in March and their electrician connect to our grid in April. The communication is tiring as the appointments mean nothing. I have to say I am very frustrated so far. Until today my meter is still not connect to my grid. It has been a long frustrated journey....

This company is untrusted and they dont have qualified installers
I had contracted the company for solar in my house on 30/12/2019, they took the electricity bill plus photos of the meter and the electricity panel of my house and they said the estimated installation time is within four weeks, after 6 weeks I had received a call from them stating that the electricity panel should be modified for the installation, they got everything from the beginning why they didn't inform me about that??? I got an electrician and paid 1000$ for the panel modification. After one week the installers came and that simple we can...Read more
not install as your roof doesn't have enough supporters, they didn't even tried to find a solution or other places in my house for the installation (inexperienced Installers). Then I requested a refund for my down-payment and contracted another company for the installation. Until now 6 weeks and they didn't refunded my down-payment they are a terrible company and I dont think they actually have even proper after sales support dont buy from them dont trust them. I will get tomorrow to the Fair trading for a formal complain. During this 6 weeks, I had contracted another company and they came in less than 3 weeks from their period and did a professional installation.1 comment

Cheap, but unprofessional and potentially deceptive
They are well priced, and that's why I was attracted to them. I then asked to upgrade my solar panel as well as my inverter, which they agreed. It took them two months to install the panels, and then another 10 days to install the inverter. The brand was different to what I had ordered, but they said chinese inverters are almost the same and that's not a problem!!! But the real problem started when I noticed that the inverter was used! I could not believe my eyes when I say the inverter on the first day had produced over 200KW. When I called th...Read more
em, they said that could be because the inverver was working very efficiently, which was false and impossible. In fact, the inverter was so bad that it would produce only 1KW per day and I thought it was due to the cloudy days. When I watched some Youtube and digged deeper, I made sure the inverter was used before. So I wrote a detailed complaint letter and attached photos. They immediately called me and offered a replacement. This time I asked for a european inverter, and they agreed after charging me extra money. Things went well after that, but what if I had not detected that their initial intentional/unintentional wrong doing?!1 comment

After you had contact us, we did notify you that we can change the inverter to another inverter and it was then you requested for another brand and within 2 days we delivered and competed the installation. Although extremely long wait of four months, but well priced supply and install. Installers themselves were very professional, install only took a few hours, they arrived when they said they would and communicated well throughout the install. Deposit not paid yet
Be very careful with this company.
I paid my deposit and the they could not install due to no having stock.
Now they will not answer calls or emails regarding my$200.00 deposit
As I waste my time November 19 to 1april 20
Plus says $150 deductions what for ad I suffer all these they could not provide me system

Be very careful with this company.
I paid my deposit and the they could not install due to an issue with synergy.
Now they will not answer calls or emails regarding my $300.00 deposit.
