Extremely happy with the friendly professional service provided by Leo and the team of installers . Installation happened earlier than the 3-4 weeks quoted initially so very pleased with that too.

The team efficiently installed the solution for me and cleaned up well afterwards. Be careful with sizing prior to site inspection as it may differ. Internet connectivity options need to be clearly communicated.
Technically the installation works well and we are currently in credit!

Installers did a great job with the panels and Inverter, very neat and tidy. No steel rods poking out or anything. What else can I say but am happy. It started with Leo, he has taken care of the scheduling the installation and also a checkup call after.

happy with job done for both property's thankyou eric . But wrong inverter installed given $100 discount and could only fit 32 pannels not 38 wish thay look at roof layout better given $32 of a pannel not much at all

I am very happy with the Solar Secure. It only took 2 weeks from getting the quotation to complete the panel installation. The consultant Eric also very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended.

Ive been thinking about getting solar for a while, in a way I'm happy to have waited because i am now happy to say that i went with solar secure, Leo was professional, with fast service and no fuss installation, job was complete within 4 days of leaving deposit, bring on the sunny days!!!

I have ordered my solar from these guys after considering 4 companies. Sales to installation process completed in a matter of 10 days. Installation went very well. Boys did a neat and clean install.

Great excellent solar company. One call done all the job. Love their staff and service. Recommended to all. I called them once and they done all quote to installation in super speed.

Took a day off work, no show. No email. No call. Booked again, took another day off work. No show. No email. No call. Several emails, no replies. Unanswered calls

Broke my outdoor light on installation day, assured reimbursement. So i pay the full amount of money. Gave my invoices for light and electrician cost two month ago. Not a single response, now they are saying why i didn't used their electrician. they will pay me light cost only. They didn't offered me electrician at all. Just said send us the invoices.

After contacting and getting quotations from several well referenced companies we decided to deal with Eric who gave us the best possible specifications within the constraints of a price. Eric was able and willing to answer every question put to him, and give us what we felt was an honest opinion. The contract was signed and the work was done to our complete satisfaction. We also like to offer our thanks and appreciation to the installation team who worked tirelessly until 8.15pm to complete the work and left nothing behind for us to do. Compliments to everyone at Solar Secure on a job well priced, well organised and excellently performed.

Constant phone calls until they received my deposit, then nothing! Failed to make numerous install dates without notification. I wouldn’t waste your time with this company as they don’t show up

December 29th 2022 Update: Terrible!! Took deposit and never turned up

Terrible!! Solar Secure failed to turn up on numerous occasions without notifying me of cancellation. They worked really hard to lock in my deposit, but that’s it..... absolutely nothing after that. I asked for my refund and then gave them a second chance, guess what, they blew that too.

Very dodgy and I’m disappointed
