Have had solar gain installed in 2016, it broke in 2018, constantly reconnecting instead, got it replaced under warranty at no cost. It breaks again in 2020, called them for warranty, the lady wants me to pay $222 for them to come and look at it then have it replaced. Whole point of installing solar is to save money, it's gonna cost $222 every 1.5 years, more than what I saved from using solar. Don't recommend them

We felt we were looked after from start to finish. Solargain is also an ISO approved company which gave me more confidence in dealing with them. Yes, there are cheaper systems out there (not much cheaper) but having the piece of mind of knowing that if there are any problems with my system in the future, they can fulfill their warranty obligations. That's something you should also think about when choosing a supplier. There are a lot of companies out there that go bust. Who looks after the warranty then?

We bought the solar panels through a finance company recommended by Solargain and the whole process was very easy as well as getting finance on a low rate.

Did not realize how worn out and under performing the old unit was was till we had the new Solargain solar hot water system fitted. Simple swap out swap in process but the Solargain installation is much better and tidier than the original. Great installers. Solargain very easy to deal with, and great communications.

Called Solargain on the Monday and was advised I would receive a call back within 48 hours, come Saturday no call back and inverter is still not working. Very disappointed.

After getting a few quotes and having to endure the hard sell from other companies and regular follow up calls. I was very surprised at how easy communicating with Solargain was. Marcus the salesman rang and actually listened to what I was needing. He sent me info and 3 quotes. No hard sell. Then once I had made my decision. The install team were extremely professional and helpful as was the communication from the office in emails. Very happy with my decision to go with Solargain and also the great product I now have generating power.

I had no idea at the ease of getting our Solar Panels would be as I had heard stories of issues people had experienced. Solargain does everything for you from the day you accept their quote, they patiently walk you through the process, thanks for the journey.

The installers were professional, courteous & efficient. Job was completed to our satisfaction quickly and they even removed all traces of rubbish and packaging.

Special applause to Callum for the electrical aspects of the installation. One of the three very best domestic appliance installations we have had over a very long period..and many of the others were extremely unsatisfactory- I can strongly commend Solar Gain, and have already committed to additional solar PV capacity with them.

Solargain were highly recommended and lived up to that recommendation, sales understood the variations and all aspects to my installation.
Installation guys were friendly, skilled, very experienced, super efficient and consulted about any changes required providing excellent information at all stages.

I just want to say thank you to Joel and Paul for all thier help and patience over the last few months, I am very happy with both sales and service provided to us for the Testla battery installation.
The installers (I forget their names but one was South African and the other Irish) were on time and very informative with the process and usage of the app and equiptment.
I was able to get a good price from them and communication (usually via email which is my preference) with both Joel and Paul was great. In a time in Victoria when everyone seems to be getting solar panels or batteries it was wonderful to have such fast and detailed communication at all times.
Well done to everyone at Solargain.

Great customer services and fitting! They had a great wealth of knowledge which really helped me when deciding on what size system to use. Nothing was to much and they answered everything I asked. The guys that and to fit the solar panels and inverter were really polite and did a great job.

The NG booster supplied by the company Solargain has stopped working during the warranty period. They gave me an appointment for their technician to visit me after 3 days. And on the day of appointment, they called to say that they have re-scheduled my job after 3 days. This is in spite of the fact that I pleaded with them that my property is without the hot water for the past 7 days now. They just don't seem to care.

I really happy with the company, products and all company's team members. I appreciate it. From the beginning to the end their customer service and working efficiency was amazing. Keep it up.
