The whole process was very smooth, from the initial quotation, through the choice of panel configuration and inverter, all the way to the installation.

Chris patiently discussed all options working out the best solution for the shading situation on the site. Jodi was always quick to respond and process all queries.

There was lot more work than I expected, but thanks to Michael and his team it all went quickly and without a glitch. Michael made sure we considered the best location for the panels and the inverter, explained the installation process upfront and went through the inverter control panel operation at the end.

Solarhub was chosen as closest real solar installer to my house and was staying with them from designing and implementation. Chris, Sales Manager, explained me technically deep enough. Any additional trick technical questions was answered on the fly, which gave me more and more confidence of installers has been chosen. They satisfy all my requirements even it was not easy, like install inverter in the cool garage instead of sunny outside, required to drill 500mm of concrete. Install panels on the different roofs. Starting from an on site quote to installation this company has been a pleasure to work with. extremely professional. I had some issues at the beginning and they couldn't have been more helpful. The crew that came to install the system were very polite & friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before they started, they explained how it worked and showed me what I needed to do at the end.

All Solarhub installers are employees or apprentices that are trained up on their equipment which means that they are generally very competent and technically knowledgeable. Installation was quick and efficient. The site was also swept clean before leaving which reflects the high standards of the company and their employees.
There were a couple of hiccups (but when is everything perfect and to plan) which were smoothly sorted out by the general sales manager after discussion.
Overall I am very happy with the quality of the work and the installation and love my new system.

We took a while and asked lots of questions but the salesman was very patient with us and gave us all the answers we were looking for. Installers were on time and professional and the system was up and running on the same day. Our electricity provider was also fantastic so all in all a very positive experience.

Everyone - sales, customer service and installers were experienced. Just had one small issue with installation which was fixed the next day. Bought solar edge panels and inverter as they are a good brand and comes with 12 years warranty. I like the app to monitor the production and consumption.
