Just got my first order. I really like the healing turmeric soup and bodhi bol. I didn’t think plant based meals could be so tasty. Definitely ordering a bigger plan so my partner can try.

I have been eating Soulara's plant based meals for months now, and am so impressed with how delicious and convenient they are! The range of breakfast, lunches, dinner and snacks are great, and I love the variety in flavours as well. I also love that they come at the same time every friday so I exactly when to expect them and plan out my meals for the week ahead.

Food is delicious! Fresh like I'd made it myself but probably tastier. So great for starting out with a plant-based diet. Portions are little (but not unhealthily so - I eat too much) so great for portion control.

I’m 3 months in to my plant-based diet and I feel great. I like the convenience of the subscription-based service and how I can pick my meals each week. My favourite dish is the nirvana carbonara and I also like the cold pressed juices.

Soulara has found a way to make plant-based food taste so good that I can't go back! I have lost 10 kgs in 2 months alone. There is now breakfast options which mean there is no need to skip those morning meals :)

Never bored with Soulara. I recently switched from a non vegan meal delivery and find these meals so much more flavorful. I’m obsessed with the curry options like the palak tofu and coconut dahl.

Love the healthy ingredients in these meals, it’s cool to be able to eat carbonara again as a vegan. Keen to try the Choco Delights next time as they look so good!

We have been ordering meals from Soulara since January this year. We have found them to be really good tasty and healthy meals at great prices but needs more variety :)

I ordered a range of Mels. Breaky, lunch, dinners and snack desserts. All have been delicious. I have added more lemon/line, chilli flakes and salt/pepper to each meal to customise to my preference but the meals are full off flavour. High quality ingredients and customer service is great. You do need to meet their cut off for ordering though and if you miss it they won't be able to continue the service so can't depend on it as a regular service which is disappointing. Serving sizes are on the small side.

As a new mum it’s been hard setting into taking care of a newborn, but Soulara has made it a lot easier to stay healthy and not reach for junk food. I’m glad to be getting the nutrients I need while breastfeeding and best of all - the meals are delicious! Love starting the day with the blue granola bowl. Thanks Soulara!

I placed an order at 9:51am and I accidentally used the wrong Credit Card, I contacted straight away via live chat at 9:52am to request a refund so I could straight away reorder using a different card. Was told there is no way they could refund (yes even two minutes after due to a mistake). They don't even have a phone service. Use Garden of Vegan instead. DO NOT USE Soulara

The Juan mexican red beans and rice absolutely fixes my cravings for Mexican food ! Absolutely surprises me that it is plant-based and i still feel energised and fulfilled with Soulara meals!"

I've been trying to eat less meat and cook more meat free dishes at home, but it's hard to get the flavour combinations right like Soulara does. I'm also a mum with twin bubs, so Soulara is soo convenient and so much better for me and my husband than takeout

They really are very healthy and convenient. Nirvana carbonara and bodhi bol have been my favourite so far. I've had good experience with their customer service. I work long hours so is great for me to just be able heat something tasty and nutritious up with no dishes to deal with afterwards. I like that you can pick exactly what meals you want each week and I dont have items sitting in my pantry for months waiting to be used. No wastage.

The meals are tasty and healthy however, we cancelled our membership because they don't take the boxes for recycling or re-use on orders. It's a huge waste and we are tired of having to discard boxes. Quite disappointing. Maybe they need to work out a better way for delivery of orders
