Have been ordering the 7 meal option for sometime now, it’s the perfect number of meals and they get me through the week!

The Mac n cheese and pesto pasta ones are my fave. Love it!

This is the meal delivery service I had been looking for!! The menu is huge, portion sizes are just right and the curries in particular are a 10! Highly recommend! Even my meat-loving boyfriend enjoys these!

I've been trying to eat more plants a few days a week for my heart health, and Soulara's made that so much easier. I buy seven meals a week which leaves me able to eat out and dine with friends and family if needed - but I always have clean, delicious food at home if I need it!

The meals are so delicious and I am so happy with the quality and flavour of the meals. I would like to say that the Peanut butter cups are sooo good! Wow!

Soulara is so convenient, tasty and makes me feel great. After just a month into my subscription I feel so energised, sleep better and have the motivation to lead a more sustainable lifestyle. I also appreciate how much love is put in to each meal! Absolutely delicious!

I recently decided to eat more plant-based food and found that I was struggling to keep full, so I wanted to give soulara a try as I saw it come up on my Instagram feed. I found that the meals were absolutely delicious and the variety was awesome.

My particular favourites are the black-eyed curry with potatoes, the Palak tofu and the soba noodles with ginger. I like these the best because they mirrored some old favourites I used to have meal prep back in the day!!

I grew up eating meat, so I found it difficult to let go of it but SOULARA has definitely helped me open my taste buds to a healthy plant based diet! I would say I’m super surprised and will definitely be sharing this to all of my friends and family! Sun kissed pesto is a must to try and the Juan Mexican is super delish!

These Soulara meals are super convenient and meant that I could get a full meal packed with nutrients whilst I was on the run. They also didn't taste mass-produced like some of the other ready-made meals I've tried. I will definitely be trying again and picking different meals from their extensive menu! I don't think I will manage to get bored. If anyone needs any recommendations, I think the soya edamame noodle one is so good!

We always have table tennis practice with the local community and the meals being delivered fresh allows us get that extra time to iron outa few weaknesses instead of going out to a restaurant! Whatever you pick for your meals i recommend the Soya, Edamame & Black Fungi Udon they are DELICIOUS (also filling)

I was surprised the first time I tried a Soulara meal. They are incredibly delicious and couldn't believe they were 100% vegan. They come in handy when I don't want to cook but still want a healthy option, especially for lunch at work. I order the healing turmeric soup every time, it's so creamy and tasty!

I recently switched over to a plant based diet and Soulara has helped make this transition easy. I was so impressed at not just how good the dishes tasted and how healthy they were but how appealing and colourful they looked as well...Very instagrammable!

Never been a fan of curry, but soulara has definitely taught me to be more adventurous with my food choices.

I always look forward to my Sunday soulara order!! So great to have my meals sorted for the week and knowing they're good for me!

I just recently started a plant-based diet because of the Netflix doco 'Game changers' and I tried out Soulara the first week and I was hooked on their curries and also their stir-fry's.

I wish they had more of a variety of their kombucha packs but other than that I recommend these guys 100%.

Not only are the meals healthy, but they also taste and look amazing and the menu often has new things added to it so every order is exciting :)

I've been having the kombucha packs in my deliveries and am keen to see what 2020 brings for Soulara!

The serving sizes were not appropriate for an adult. Especially with vegan meals it is essential you eat enough

There were a few nice meals but most of them were mediocre, and there were a few inedible ones.

Too much single use plastic going straight to landfill.

Ordered it once and never again. Not for me

Soulara meals give me the easy option of eating healthy meals that taste home-made during the week. The food is fresh and nutritious. My favourite dish is the pesto pasta - it's hard to believe it's dairy- free."

The meals are okay. Some better than others. The portions are quite small and I find all of the curries to taste very similar. My first order I got 12 meals and if I ordered again i’d probably only get the minimum number of meals for an order (not sure what that is).

Soulara has been a great start to my health-conscious and sustainability journey. The meals are well portioned, delicious, convenient for those who are time-poor and you can really feel the love put in each meal. My delivery arrived as expected in recyclable boxes which is great for the environment. I highly recommend and I will definitely order again.

So I started with Soulara over the Christmas new years period and honestly haven't looked back since. I am 140kgs and want to get back to a good weight and this has been amazing. I must admit i struggled at first with the size of the meal however after my 3rd order i find that Im getting use to it now and I'm starting to lose that weight add bonus doing some good for the environment and the food tastes awesome. Can't go wrong with the Jalapeno mac and cheese and the salted caramel dreams, Yumooo

service has pretty good the customer service guys are great and very accomodating. 2020 looking like the year of successful weigh loss.
