My wife and I purchased a three person spa from the Canberra store. The customer service and advice provided by Elaine was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all things about spas. She helped us choose the right one and we were very happy with the price and the delivery time frame. We live on the south coast of NSW and the delivery went without a hitch. It came on a truck from Sydney on time and was located on our deck at the back of the house without any issues. I totally recommend Spa World Canberra especially the professionalism of Elaine.

New Spa Purchase
We have recently purchased our second Vortex spa from Spa World. After having purchased one about 6 years ago and then selling our house (and leaving the spa behind) we purchased another one exactly the same for our new property.
The family consensus was we couldn't get by without one at our new house after having the comfort of one for the last 6 years.
It's now fully installed and getting used every day.
It certainly helps with the aching muscles and joints and fully relaxes you after every session.

I bought a vortex cobalt avente from Elaine K at Spa World Fyshwick in Canberra. I was really happy with the service I got from Elaine. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I bought my spa mid January and it was delivered at my house end of January 2020. The delivery guys were very competent and made the whole process so easy. They loaded the spa on a flat bed trolley and seemlessly moved it to my back yard. is great so far. I bought a product with UV sanitiser system so that I need to use minimal chemicals. It's jets and heating system is efficient and powerful and meets my needs. I have looked at few other products out there and I can definitely say you get what you pay for. There are definitely cheaper products out there but these do cost more in the long run in term of energy and chemical usage. By having a well insulated spa, you save on lot of energy costs. By having a decent filtration system including UV sanitiser, you need alot less chlorine (1.5 teaspoon after each use or same quantity once a week if you're not using). This saves you money in the long run, not to mention not having to deal with chlorine smell whilst you're in the spa. I would be very happy to recommend spaworld products.Similar opinion? Very happy with our spa
Very happy with the spa, have used it extensively, and become very popular with friends and family. It was a bit more work to prepare than I expected but the delivery and installation was smooth and quick. The concreter and crane company recommended were excellent. The electrician was a disappointment but my feedback was quickly responded to.

Elaine from Spa World was a pleasure to deal with. We had the various spa options explained to us, and also she provided us with a recommendation based on what bast suited to us and the cold Canberra Climate and our family needs. The best decision I made was listening to Elaine and following her advice. She knows the products and reads the customer to know what they require. After delivery service was great also with a phone call and assistance on setting up an easy to understand maintenance schedule. It is a lot less maintenance than I expected.

Great service and an awesome product....
We've had the Vortex Mercury spa for a month now and we absolutely love it. Everything Elaine (Spa World, Fyshwick) told us about the Spa was factual and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with and dispelled all of our reservations. We find the spa refreshing in the hotter weather especially after Elaine advised us how to reduce the heat, and we just love the therapeutic massages and the light show after dark! It's easy to maintain, practically cleans itself and is economical to use with our solar panels.

Excellent service and support
Craig was excellent from first contact to after sales support. He was incredibly helpful on the phone and email taking the time to answer in full all of my questions and making recommendations on which model would suit me best. I also spoke with him about spa maintenance/cleaning and he was able to tailor the schedule to my needs. The clips for the spa lid were a different size and Craig immediately sent out new ones for me. I would definitely recommend the Seven Hills store, thank you! Despite the potential to win a small gift this is my honest opinion.

Fantastic Experience with Elaine at Spa World Fyshwick
I recently bought my spa from Elaine at Spa World, Fyshwick. From the onset, I was impressed with her technical knowledge and her friendly, customer orientated nature. She made the whole experience and process seamless and enabled an extremely positive experience.
Elaine was great to deal with and responded to any queries immediately with the relevant information.
I am loving the spa and I recommend Elaine and Spa World without hesitation. If you are considering a spa, she should definitely be your first (and only) phone call/ visit.

I have had problems with my Vortex Extreme Swim Spa, since I purchased it from Spa World located at Kingswood, SA in October 2018. I have made many attempts with the retailer and the company to have my problems resolved, without success. I will focus on three of those problems here. The Swim Spa cost me $34,500 and there were additional costs: delivery to SA, which was required to pay for, delivery to my house, electrical supply from the house to the swim spa, cement base, and an automatic cover lifter, totaling almost $45,000.

ssed purchasing the spa with retailer all the issues I raised were dismissed with assertions that everything was easy. This is absolutely not the case. One of the first problems I experienced with the swim spa was the weight of the cover. The swim spa was installed above ground and, as I bought the deeper model, it is 1800 above ground, including the cement base. At the time I purchased this there was no mention by the retailer of the weight of the cover, which is large and heavy. I have not had a spa or pool before and so did not think to ask about the cover weight. The cover comprises six panels 2.5 m long by 1 m wide and each of them weighs several kilograms (7 kgs each I think) . I am 65 years old and weigh less than 45 kg. There was no discussion about how I would be able to move the covers on and off this aboveground swim spa. When the swim spa was installed the problem was immediately obvious to me. When I addressed the issue with the retailer, and asked him how he thought I was going to take the cover off and on his response was oh. It beggars belief that someone has been in the industry for so long had not thought to mention the weight of the covers to me. After much to-ing and fro-ing with the retailer over several months he installed levers to lift two panels at each end. This was supposed to solve the problem. Unfortunately it did not, as I was left with two central panels which I was still unable to move easily enough to make it manageable. After much discussion and thought, having been told that there was nothing more the company could do, I paid someone to design and install an automatic lifter at a cost of well over $2,000. I had to spend time myself, as did the person who designed the automatic cover lifter, to come up with a solution which, I might add, is not perfect, but for the present it means I can get the cover up and down. It was a full six months before I managed to find this solution which meant that I was unable to use the spa for the first six months. The company has a 60 day money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied. Towards the end of the 60 days I asked for an extension to the warranty and was given an additional 30 days. I should have asked for more time, as I still hadnt been able to use the swim spa often enough to assess it, but didnt as I just hoped that in the end all would be OK. Since the installation of the swim spa I have had problems with adjusting the jets. I have tried on many occasions to adjust them myself satisfactorily. When I asked about adjusting the jets before purchase, I was told that it is easy not for me, as I quickly discovered. There are a couple of problems with adjusting the jets: firstly, I do not have the wrist strength to adjust the jets manually after discussing this with the retailer I was given a piece of piping to insert into the jets to do it. However, this is not satisfactory as it does not allow me to make the fine adjustment that is needed. Second, it is difficult to work out how to adjust the jets to achieve the desired change in direction. Vortex Spas from Spaworld are one of the best purchases we have done in quite some time. Our Spa (Nitro) has been a total hit with our 3 year old boy as well. The hydro therapy component of the spa has been great. After a hard day at work/gym/playing sport, spending time there feels absolutely amazing. Very easy to fall asleep in it. She has been very helpful even after the sale, helping us make sure we are using the right amount of chemicals, as Australian conditions are different than other countries, and the chemical requirements can get a bit confusing. My parents also ended up getting a spa from Elaine. They ended up getting a Swim Spa, and we have had great family moments. Having a swim spa is great for my parents as well as it allows them to keep fit in their 60's. Great buy. We now have more friends interested in these, and have taken them to Elaine as well. Jeannie I was told by Elaine not to turn the spa off instead to keep it running as it work out to be cheaper. All we do is reduce the water temperature.

Hi Jeannie, it is more economical to leave your spa running. Your spa has a pre set sleep timer set from 10pm - 7am. During this time, your spa will not engage in heating or filtration. The other option would be to put your spa into away mode when you are not using it. This means your spa will not heat and will only run 1 hour of filtration daily to prevent the water from becoming stagnant.
