i bought another one today for Mother's day next week .The only advice i can give about this pillow is you have to sleep on it to feel the difference against any other pillow out there and i tell you what i have a full cupboard of pillows and this SPinaleze pillow changed my life . it took me one month to really feel the full benefits cause i have really bad degenration in my neck . i sleep throughout the night for the first time in 11 years, i am soooooo grateful .

This SpinalEze pillow is Amazing, I got the low profile and for the first time in my life .. I suffered from lower back pain and thought i would give this pillow a try. I don't feel as many aches and pains in my neck and shoulders and i have been using this for around 6 months now.

This pillow really changed my sleeping and stopped the shoulder and neck pain I was getting! I have spent so much and tried so many different pillows before but I finally found a perfect match! It has got a perfect shape, firmness and support for me. The downside is that it is impossible to sleep on any other pillows after trying this!

At long last I have a pillow that supports my neck & gives me the best sleep I have had in more years (& pillows) than I care to remember. I actually wake up refreshed these days & without a debilitating, nagging neck pain! I have the low profile (being petite) back sleeper pillow. Our Australian friends recommended it having bought a couple themselves a while ago; we ordered one immediately (actually 2 now as my husband has just ordered one for himself) to be shipped to GB. The spinalese pillow was a block of foam with a few cutouts. I’ll be going back to buy another memory foam pillow from Harvey Norman, not cheap but need some sleep.
