I always had trouble in the past finding the right pillow height for me. With the Spinaleze pillow I found the pillow height for my neck was just right and it helps me sleep better also.

Very comfortable. Bought mainly for back issues which are less painful.. My neck is very stiff but I had that before the purchase Sleeping on my back is not a problem Sleeping well. Vicki was very helpful when the delivery of my pillow was mysteriously delayed at the parcel place.

Bought 2 pillows one for me and the wife, we have been happy with them as they are not too hard and not too soft. They take away stiff neck and any aches or pain we may have.

Over the years I have tried and tested a variety of pillows, foam, wool, latex, memory foam, down, european etc., and I have to say that our Spinaleze pillows have outlasted and out performed all of them.
While I was surprised at the simplicity of the design when they first arrived, and it did take a little getting used to having this small foam pillow supporting my head and neck, the comfort and quality of sleep has been quite restorative. It's the only pillow for me.
