I ordered this machine online and it arrived in a very big box. it took me nearly 3 hours to put together....but it was worth it! This machine is well built, very sturdy and almost silent to use. It has intensity levels from 1 (easy) to 16 (very hard), time, speed, calories, RPM, distance, pulse (heart rate) and 6 auto settings to chose from, manual, hill, fat burn, cardio, strength and interval.
