A big thank you to Shane from Splashes in Marsden Park, who helped us from quote to install and then some. He was very patient with our council approval and site readiness questions and is still very patient when we stuff up the chemicals. We use our Fun4All swim-spa at least once a week and has been totally worth the investment. If you’re considering buying a spa, you must go the Splashes, the product is great quality and the customer service is incredible.

Recently purchased an Oasis Spa from Sam Golombick at Splashes Spa World, Marsden Park. Sam's knowledge of the all the spas available was extremely good and he was very helpful with his suggestion of what spas would best suit our needs. Sam also kept us updated with the progress of the Spa and delivery.
Sam came and set the Spa up the day after the electrician came to wire it all up, he then followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure everything was working correctly. The service Sam provided from start to finish was excellent and we would have no hesitation is recommending his services to anyone that is looking for a Spa.

Sam was fantastic and his after sales service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a spa, they have a great range and really helpful and are always there to answer your questions.

Big thank you to Charlie from Splashes Spa World who was very informative and a great communicator. We have used our spa nearly every second day this summer and it has been extremely easy to maintain.

The Spa experience: We bought an 11 seater spa, the largest you can buy before you get to swim spas. We've got 3 boys under 6 and it's been a game changer for us where the kids get to have fun and exhaust themselves and then after they are in bed we get to relax in it. I think it will pay dividends in the winter too.
The customer service: Sam in the Terrey Hills showroom has been excellent. He visited the site before we installed it to run through everything. He's since visited twice (over the Xmas holidays) to help us with some user error issues (we got the chemicals wrong). He's also been available for calls with all our beginner questions. Couldn't recommend a spa or Splashies (and Sam) any higher.

Vahid from Glenhaven store helped us choose our first spa, and it's perfect! Not only a relaxing spa, but its also fitted with hydro jets so you can avoid a trip to the physio. Thanks again Vahid for being so helpful and getting our spa within days of the purchase!

We loved the ability to buy our Spa on Saturday, have it delivered on Monday and hooked up to electricity on Thursday. It was great service. Only issue was a slightly damaged panel on the Spa which I feel will be replaced.
